I made an appointment for full detail plus engine shampoo. I was told the total would be $440 plus tax. I dropped off the vehicle and was asked if I needed a shuttle. I said yes, and was told to wait off to the side. Nothing was mentioned about a charge for the shuttle. On picking up the vehicle, there was extra charges, not anticipated. The engine shampoo was increased from what was quoted and a $15 charge for the shuttle was added. If I had known there was a charge for the shuttle, I would not have taken it. Both the manager and assistant manager were very rude when questioning the extra charges. They insisted that I was told about the charge and even said "if you don't want to pay it, I'll put dirt in your car". I could not believe the way they treated a customer and would not be bringing my car there ever again.

I stopped going to Central Car Wash a long time ago because my vehicle was never cleaned the way it should have been. Recently I spoke to a few friends who said the service has improved so I decided to get my vehicle cleaned last Tuesday. I wanted my vehicle cleaned as it was being used for a bridal party. I was very disappointed because I spent a lot of money and my vehicle was not clean. There were small rocks on my steering column, my windows were all streaked, my dash was 3/4 wiped down and the floors were not vacuumed well. I called to speak with a manager that afternoon and was asked for my name and number and someone will call me back. It has now been a week with no call back. I called back about 20 minutes ago and there wasn’t a manager available to talk to. The lady who answered the phone asked me what I was calling about and wanted to take my name and number to have someone call me back. When I told her that I have been waiting a week already for a call back, she was getting rude with me. I told her that if I don’t hear back, I will call back and she said “just call back then, someone will call back when they aren’t busy. I guess my time and money is not important to them. Not great service all around. I will keep calling back only to let them know how horrible the service was that I received. Thumbs down to Central Car Wash.

Today is the third or fourth time I’ve been here and they never do a very good job. Also today there was a blonde girl with a guy yelling at each other (both staff) making a scene in front of clients, not cool ??

Beware beware…Worst service ever… Definitely not returning back. Got a package of Ultimate car wash inside out (paid almost $50) and when i checked the back seat, it still had few spots to clean. Felt ripped off as i still have to clean by myself . Moreover no fragrance thing given in car. While I called a rudely behaved lady told me that this spots will be taken care if you go for detailing which is totally ridiculous… I mean it just need a wet cloth wipe and still not accepting their faults. Shitty service and this place turned out to be a worst for car service.

I love that we have a place here where I can pull up and have someone fully clean my vehicle but unfortunately even if you get the supreme clean here you will have to wipe down your vehicle after they're "done".

Brought my car here for their most expensive package. Interior windshield was not cleaned at all (I could tell, there still were suction rings from my previously windshield mounted phone mount), rims and tires were not cleaned and serviced as was advertised, car was not dry and watermarks were left as a result of the poor half-dry job. Vacuum detailing and dash/console clean were done well, but overall highly disappointed for the trash job done on my windows and tires/rims. For $50 + a $5 tip left in the tip box, I am not happy by any means.

Never been here before today and don’t plan on coming back. Terrible car wash. Did not even clean the windshield and left dirt marks on the back/side of vehicle where a bunch was missed. Asked one of the workers if they can just try and get the bugs off the windshield and got an eye roll with a 5 second rag before they told me to pull forward to leave. Had to go to a different car wash after this because it did not do anything!! Waste of money.

Paid for the most expensive package and yet half of my interior surfaces were still dirty and floor mats were barely clean. Will never go there again

I have had detailing done a few times and I had items from the vehicle that have gone missing on different vehicles.
They just lost a customer.

Did not get what I paid for. Job was not done well at all and when I called to say the hatch was not vacuumed or windows weren’t cleaned and cup holders not done. I was told manager wasn’t in to take my call and would call me the next day. No one called. When I went down there the same girl who answered when I called now told me that she was the manager and did nothing to address my request for my money back. All she said is they would do it again. I already did it my self! She wrote on the back of my receipt that they would upgrade me to a higher pkg when I come back! I will not be returning at All. Very disappointed.

Paid $50 for the supreme wash. One of the worst works i have seen in town, if not the worst. The employees just wants to finish cleaning as soon as possible they don't really care much.

Damaged my wheels and will not take responsibility for what they have done... how dose aluminum develop rust? Dont try to hide that your company damaged my vehicle and refuse to takre responsibilty
