“This review is a little overdue, but I still wanted to share. We had a bit of an emergency situation in November. My Son had an issue with his car in Thunder Bay, and needed a rental asap. We called and spoke to the manager-he was understanding and compassionate to our situation-which was a little complicated. He took the time to listen and treated us very well. I would recommend this location!”

I had got a small car then I ordered and understanding that she got me a perfect size sedan that was ordered in less than a day and she called to check up on me and was a brilliant asset of that store. “I have rented from these guys multiple times during work visits and have great fair prices. Last trip I left my prescription Oakley sunglass in the rental and for sure I thought they would have been gone.
However called them and they had said they were found and had then waiting, they were sent back to me and I was so grateful for that ?
