I am very disappointed with the service I have gotten from the Canadian Tire on Fort William Road. The manager James has promised me for 2 weeks that these two cabinets were going to be built for me and this is now the third week that they are still not built and I've been waiting for them he told his staff that they have been too busy and have better things to do even though he promised me he was going to get these two cabinets built because I've been waiting so long so do not deal with the manager James because he will not keep up with his promises

I recently had an outstanding experience at Canadian Tire’s service center Fort william Rd location in Thunder Bay. In a pinch, I needed a tire replacement and was beyond happy with their competitive pricing. Not only did they offer a better price than other local shops, but their customer service went above and beyond.
The manager Paul quickly made arrangements to fit me in for an emergency replacement. Their kindness and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a pleasent one. I left feeling not only relieved but Paul's ability to go above and beyond has made me feel appreciated as a customer.
