Responsive, helped us out of a pickle when I broke my leg and was left with attempting to move. Was super helpful, respectful, kind and got what we needed (where no one else in Thunder Bay could help)

Bob dosen't like to show up for his bookings, Not once but twice. Pretends he never spoke to you one the phone three times and never heard of you! Leaving a little old lady stranded with a packed up house and no where to go! Then when you get a bit upset with him he hangs up on you. Real professional Bob :-(
