Nothing here but ass quality cat6 unshielded or min 25' of ass quality cat7 for $55.00.
This damn store always disappoints. I'll go home and buy what I need from Amazon.

Do not shop here expecting the lowest price. Best Buy's low price guarantee is a sham. It is so broad and has so many exceptions it is unlikely to be applicable to any purchase.
I found a competitor offering the same product for $100 cheaper after my purchase. They refused to match the price, citing it was a limited time offer. The competitor's sale was 8 weeks in duration, compared to best buy's 1 week. A reasonable person would interpret a limited time offer, would related to offerings in the weekly sales flyer.
Update on 9/13:
Following your response, I reached out to LPG. They were not able to do anything for me. Why bother wasting my time and your time when there was nothing you could do.

Very unprofessional crew, I asked them to help me set up /pair my Apple Watch, as my password is not working, all validations were made in my account and changed the password but it is not working, and I understand. but the most frustrating part is the comment of ISAAC when he refers to my watch that seems like it was owned by someone else, like hello ?I bought this watch years ago from your store even my iPhone, they even commented that if I will sell my watch nobody will buy it. Like why would I do that? This is crazy to think that they assume the watch is not mine.
I just decided to buy a new one and the person trying to help me was on his phone and very sarcastic he was not also paying attention, he even told me to go to Staples.
And so that's why I left the store! By the way, STAPLES crew are very helpful!

Hands down the worst customer experience in the city when it comes to purchasing any sort of electronics. The website shows one thing, but when you show up it is always priced far higher. This has happened twice in a row now for two seperate products. This time I needed a cable, and I gave up and went next door to Staples and got an even longer and better cable less. They also open at 10am, two hours after my work day starts, yet I am in IT and often need things immediatly. On top of that we purchased a marketplace tablet from them and it turned out to be stolen and I had to fight for over a month to get them to back me up and got nothing, having to literally seek legal concil to return a stolen product. I gave them the benifit of the dobut on that one since the seller was only using their platform, but after returning it is still terrible. I used to deal with them alot before COVID but I am no longer visiting their store.

I was looking for a monitor that's on sale, but it's not on display. I asked a staff and showed me the wrong product and insisted that the the one I wanted wasn't in the store. I approached another staff and he was so nice to get the monitor I wanted from the warehouse.

Service was non-existent the last two visits. On one occasion, I went in to purchase a bbq, no one came to check on me. Another time, I was looking for a tv, same thing, no one came to see me. In both cases, I went elsewhere, received good service and made my purchases. I used to enjoy shopping here and it was usually my first stop but the last two experiences make me think otherwise. Fyi, if i really wanted service i would have asked for it but i wanted to see how it would go.

If I could give a zero star I would!!!!
Completely disappointed in the geeksquad manager who tried to weasle money from me to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. I tried for two hours to get the data to transfer but came up with "error" each time. He told me in order to fix my issue I had to pay him $50. I asked to speak with the store manager and he said there wasn't one, refused to let me speak to anyone else. Two of the "mobility" staff said they need to fix the phone and get it working I just spent an arm and a leg on it. Geek manager refused to help, wouldn't give me other options. Told me I never paid him the "x amount" that I spent 2 hours ago on the phone so the $50 would need to go to him for him to solve the issue.... His staff members were adamant they needed to make this right without telling their customer they need to spend more money. He told me to listen to him and pay the $50 or just return the phone and go buy it somewhere else. Ultimately I left angry telling him I refuse to pay him when it can be solved without cash and low and behold I figured it out at home without spending $50.. If geek squad ever tells you to pay them come see me! Suck a joke. I will NOT be supporting bestbuy geek squad until this manager is gone! Best buy you need to hire a manager who doesn't ride a high horse like he's better than his customers!!!!!

I bought a cord for my Playstation back around Christmas time. I'm still waiting for this cord. It's easy, send cord in mail. Purolator is not reliable, use regular mail, it will go to my house. Purolator guys doesn't do his job here. ?

Worst customer service ever! Yesterday I went into best buy for the 2nd time looking at getting a full ring security setup and a cupple wifi extenders.The first time I went in I asked one guy trying to run buy us for help you can tell he really didn't want to then he asked if he can get us someone eals. This other dude and him argued for a coupple of minutes then he came over to us.I told the new guy what I was looking for and he didn't say a word then took his phone for 5 minutes and walked a way.Now yesterday I thought I would give it another try and nothing. No one would help. 4 people standing near the cashiers talking and 3 people behind customer service talking and no one wanted to help us.I actually went to customer service this time and told them why I'm leaving and couldn't even get a sorry.Never again will I be going back.
