I went to the store with a friend about a phone upgrade that glitched and was not activated properly. On the phone tech support couldn’t help. Alyssa in store was AMAZING. she was able to fix the phone and got my friend a better plan for her phone too!
5 stars for Alyssa alone. Alyssa deserves a raise.

Was extremely a pure gentleman who helped tremendously with everything I needed,, established an update and my phone started to talk to me which it normally never did and I just couldn't understand what was happening and he was brilliant on everything that he helped me with tremendously. Elijah is perfect. Gentleman knew his business even double-checked everything compared my one phone to the other to make sure that it was up and running. Double-checked the Bell app for me on my new update. New version of a Motorola phone and fixed my Google pixel 6A,, Very very nice young man. Thank you! Tremendously five stars for sure ??????

Been with Bell for dish services since 2013, two years ago got a letter about their switching to paperless. I don't use email often or do online banking Clarence was great, he kept me with mailed billing, Mar 2024, got another letter about paperless billing, I phoned got a woman this time who told me no problem and submitted a ticket to keep mailed billing, no bill in April or May, Jun I did pay by using the total from my last known paper bill. I called again in Jun, talked to the same woman, very happy to help and once again said submitted a ticket for me to keep mailed billing. We are into July I on a whim checked email which there is an e-bill due the 18th, still haven't received my paper bill that I requested politely for twice. At this point considering cancelling the dish as $122/ month is alot to pay for Antiques roadshow, reruns of Corner gas, 1970's Match game.
