Hey there just wanted to pop in and leave a nice review for an amazing place! I frequent this dispense regularly and every time I go in there I am met with such kind words and can always count on the strong knowledgeable advice of the bud tenders who have grown to know me as I pop in every so often for the newest and gluest carts :)
Amber and Michelle are always amazing as is the rest of the staff I apologize I can't remember everyone's names!
I actually won a one of a kind muskoka chair from there and it was needed in my life and made me smile alot cause they were like if anyone deserves it it's you so they made me feel valued and I will continue to give them my business as should everyone else within the thorold/niagara community! Keep up the great work guys we love you! ❤️

Staff knowledge is abysmal, most of time say they dont even have stuff until you point out that you can actually see it behind them, pointing out to them and then they make some excuse. Not very hygenic or clean either, was out in parking lot about to come in and 3 different budtenders, male and female, were having burping competiton outside or something, just straight up nasty and honestly, you can go to better places with better knowledge and service too.

Love the store and products. Costs are ok too. Its a shame that the manager is by far the worst manager I've seen at a retail location in a long time. Staff are great though. Hopefully you don't have to deal with the older blonde woman. Customer service is not her strong point to say the least.

Wonderful friendly staff every time. I’m a cancer survivor. Amber has helped me find a pretty cool flower/s to help with pain and appetite .
Ps. I’ve been to pretty much every shop in the region. And hands down best prices in this region.
