Ordered a Keltec sub2000 in store after none were readily available at the time. He made me pre pay in advance which was just shy from a thousand $$ and said it would take about a week to come in, after waiting 2 weeks; no response. I cancelled my order due to wait time & was told my card would get refunded in 3 business days. I ordered that on August 27th and cancelled a week later and it’s been a month and a half with no response from the store or received payment back so I am now currently trying to dispute the charge since they were going to keep the money I spent. Terrible first time going there and will never go back after this.

More knowledgeable than the “dudes” at bass pro shops.
We quite didn’t know what we were looking for, these guys helped us with great attitude and excellent customer service. 5/6 people in the store, me and my friend walked in when the store wasn’t too busy, almost everyone jumped to help us out.
Sadly couldn’t buy our first gun from you guys, (out of stock) will definitely try to be back for the second!

Back in August 2022, while browsing through the display of 2 Sig xxx guns at N.A.S. Guns and Ammo, the store manager then showed me a brand new Sig xxx still in its original packaging, which immediately caught my eye. I gave very explicit instructions to the manager to purchase that gun. The gun registration process went ahead without my involvement or confirmation. The invoice handed over to me printed "Sig Saur xxx" exactly. Rather than a happy purchase, my nightmare began from then.
After waiting for more than six months, I was excited to pick up my new gun. Unfortunately, what I received was an extensively used firearm with wear marks on the slide, frame, grip, and a dirty barrel. It appeared that one of the staff had mistakenly grabbed the wrong box or gun to register my purchase. When I returned to the store the next day, the manager seemed to have no recollection of our transaction. He claimed that I had purchased a "Sig fired," "armed," and "refurbished" gun, which I had never heard of.
My questions to N.A.S. Guns and Ammo are:
1. Why do they not disclose the product's details, such as its condition, before the customer makes the purchase?
2. Why does the invoice not contain a key product description, such as "refurbished," to avoid confusion?
3. Why does N.A.S. not offer customers an opportunity to verify their purchase details before registration? A staff member even told me that verification would make the store "extremely busy."
Despite having a posting that says "No F(ear) U(ncertainty) D(oubt) allowed in the store," my shopping experience at N.A.S. Guns and Ammo was filled with just that. The manager refused to provide a refund or cash discount for the incorrect purchase and instead offered me a meagre compensation of five boxes of 50 rounds of 9mm ammo with the ultimatum to take it or leave it. I declined his offer and decided to leave an honest public review. The manager even warned me that such a review "wouldn't let NAS go anywhere." As a customer, I expect local businesses to uphold fairness, integrity, and responsibility when mistakes are made.

The staff here are the best! I'm super new to this hobby and had thousands of questions. The guys working let me sit there and I could pick their brains about different products and all the gear I'd need. Finally I ended up spending over $2000 in gear and I won't go anywhere else! Also I did have a small hiccup with one of the pieces I bought and they helped rectify the issue immediately !
