Very poor at sticking to there hours and answering the phone. I am trying to pick up my Sea-Doo for 2 days now and they aren't picking up the phone and open during there scheduled hours. I am trying to use my machines and they are ruining my summer.

Dave the owner already tried to report this post to get them taken down, so I will post again - Shop performs unauthorized work. There's other 1 star reviews saying the same thing. Read for yourself. Asked them to check if they would warranty work they did as they broke a fitting for the gear oil while doing the bellows. They decided that they werent going to warranty it, but just went ahead and performed a repair they figured they would be paid for. Didn't call me or anything to get the work approved. No signed work order, zero communication. Nothing. Showed up and Dave wanted $500. Paid him a fraction of that. Could have easily called the police to get my boat back. I didn't authorize a single wrench to be turned. Was also was charged for a gear oil change that they didn't do. I didn't know that gear oil turned from blue to black after 2 hours of use. So interesting. Standard scummy marina.

Visited their parts department several times over the past few years. Wait time to get someone's attention even when they are at the counter is 15 minutes minimum. They don't even acknowledge you by saying I will be with you ASAP. It's clear they don't need the business.

Just finished working on a boat motor yesterday that they said needed a total rebuild, due to low compression.Did compression test was within specs. Did find two spark plugs that looked like they were drop.Fuel pump was the wrong one. Change pump. Runs like a top. 140hp Johnson. Didn’t take the time or care to do a proper check.

Impressed with the Knowledgeable Staff and Great FacilityI was in the area this week and had the opportunity to check out this boat dealership for some much-needed service on my boat. Along with the service, I toured the facility at Hartzel Marine. Let me tell you, I was incredibly impressed with my experience there. The owner Dave is a pleasure to deal with and is a man of his word. I brought my 2008 Lund Pro Sport there for trailer and engine repairs. I am 100% satisfied with the service that was provided and would not hesitate to bring my boat back to Hartzel Marine!

I didn't go here personally but my buddy's boat motor popped on us today and in less than an hour of getting it back to the dock we had it inside their shop and a rather quick phone update to let us know that there were no codes... Which we all assumed was a good sign... For my buddy at least.It's arguably the fastest support I've ever seen, I'll be sure to take my own boat here for any future needs.A seriously big thanks to these guys.Update: from a blown motor to back on the water with zero cost to my buddy and his brother in two weeks I'm told.
