If I could give them a “0” star I would,
I should have trust their bad reviews score and not set foot there.
Very rude staff and NOT helpful.

I went on the busiest day, the senior day! But a tall lady assisted me in an unexpected way…Thorough explanation with various advises. Which even my family doctor didn’t tell me! I cannot thank her enough!

Incompetent people, they called me to pickup my order and when I went there they said it was shipped out! I drove 45 mins to get there in a rush to pickup my stockings.The ladies there have no idea how to serve customers and how to place orders for stockings! Will be changing my provider.

My client call them to fix the break of handbreak of the walker to tighten a liitle .only .they charge us 150 they dont like us to come to their store.they want home service .100 home service and 50 to fix the handbreak what the heck so expensive my client is a senior she dont have much money.to pay that expensive it

In my previous experience, it took me nearly seven months of effort in communication and follow-up to get my prescription from this store.Throughout this process, the staff not only had consistently displayed incompetency in their knowledge of their systems, in their ability to process written and verbal information, and in taking responsibility for their shortcomings, but also they had consistently been dismissive, rude, and patronizing.They kept blaming various other parties which included me when I requested contact info to file an official complaint after a 6-month effort of mine. At this point, they tried to gaslight me, and seeing it didn’t work, yelled at me, and used deliberately and explicitly hostile and discriminatory language towards me, so much so that it could have made a good human rights violation case if I had recorded the conversation.My request was placed right before the beginning of the pandemic and when they showed the ugliest side of their face, we were in the midst of one of the worst periods of pandemic. Considering the possibility of them having gone through terrible things, I decided to overlook this horrible and disgusting experience and forgave them although I have never received any apology.Now I needed to get another set of prescriptions processed by this store, so I emailed them all the necessary information and documentation, and my request has been ignored for the last 20 days. No acknowledgment of my request, no replies to my follow-up. I spent the entire afternoon trying to find contact info to file a complaint, with no success. Reading the reviews here, I gathered all the email addresses provided by those who responded to some of these reviews. None of those email addresses is valid.Going through the reviews, it wouldn't be a farfetched conclusion to say that they are conducting their business this way because they can get away with it. In the face of an evident lack of accountability, I figured I might as well jot down the whole story here.

We came to this wellwise branch yesterday and it was a long drive for us but it was definitely worth it. Jackqline helped with the Rooler we needed for my mom and she took the time to assemble it before we reached to prepare it for us as we came close to closing time. There was delay in paper work needed so we couldn’t pick it up same night. Her college Maureen called me this morning and was very nice to follow up and finish the paper work needed and I just picked up the walker needed for my mom. I really appreciate all the kind staff in this branch and I’m happy with the excellent customer service. I visited few wellwise branches that is close to my home but this branch is the best service among them. Thank you all ?

Apparently the people working here hate their job...the attitude they give you when you walk in is unbelievable! Terrible customer service skills. I hope they replace their staff soon. These people shouldn't be interacting with people who are vulnerable already!

Our family doctor is excellent.This review is specifically regarding one lady that works behind the front desk. I forget her exact name, but she's on the younger side. Although being ethnic herself, she does behave in a racially aggressive way (racist).Extremely rude and coarse. Treats customers/patients like they're criminals. This individual needs to receive some sort of customer service training, or look for a new profession in general. Seriously disgusting the way you talk to people.

Been here twice and both times I came out without buying the items I wanted bc they didn't have it in stock. I was also unable to process a refund for an item I ordered through their website. I'm dissapointed that the store has barely any stock and dont carry the items advertised in their flyer which forces customers to buy online as well as the hassle involved in returning the item. The lady who refused my refund was also very rude and unhelpful. I asked her for the contact number for the refund and she told me to just find it on my own.

Jackie was extremely helpful! I came in for compression socks and she was very eager to show me the different products! I never like to come in close to closing time but Jackie still continued to assist me and ensure I had everything on the receipt for my insurance. Great customer service!!
