Hit or miss with his location.
Self check out line is horrible, 80% of the check out were open but only 1 out of 2 lines were open. This leads to people standing and waiting in a line for no reason, just for a worker to call "next" while there are multiple check outs available.

If you are going to buy helium balloons here, make sure that they are tied to the weight. This employee did not tie to the weight and so my helium balloons that I just bought flew up into the sky.

We are writing to express our frustration with our milk powder subscription service, which is scheduled for delivery every two weeks. Since late September, we have consistently faced delays, with orders failing to arrive on time. As a result, we have been forced to make unplanned trips to stores to find milk powder ourselves.
Despite local Walmart stores having stock, our subscription orders remain unfulfilled, causing us significant inconvenience. As parents, managing our children’s needs is challenging enough without the added burden of seeking out essential items that should be delivered reliably through your service.
If u can fix our problems, I will consider update back to 4/5 stars.

I went in to return some items at this Walmart location, even though I didn’t have the receipt, the staff was able to reprint it using the info I provided. What should have been a simple process ended up taking over 2 hours because the CSM needed to consult with 3 different managers just to approve the return!
To make things worse, they wouldn’t give me a refund and insisted on store credit. I explained multiple times that there’s no Walmart near where I live, so the store credit was basically useless for me. The manager, Gabbi, flat-out refused to refund my money, and when I asked to speak with her directly, she ignored me and walked out of the store.
After she left, I finally managed to talk to another manager, but he was so arrogant. He was drinking coffee while talking to me, barely paying attention, and after a few seconds, he just walked away and left the whole situation for the CSM to deal with. It felt like no one cared about helping me or resolving the issue.
I’ve returned items at other Walmart locations before—even without a receipt—and never had any problems. But this store acted like customer satisfaction didn’t matter at all. On the same day, I returned items at Sobeys and No Frills, and those returns were smooth and hassle-free. I’ve never had such a frustrating and disrespectful experience. All I wanted was MY money back—not store credit that I can’t even use. I left feeling totally ignored and like my concerns didn’t matter.
I hope this issue is taken seriously because no customer should be treated like this.

I have called for over a week now to try to reach someone in customer service with no luck. I have also tried every extension and no Dept is answering. I have called morning, afternoon and evening no difference.

Two employees followed me through the store because I was shopping using a tote bag instead of a cart due to the fact that I didn’t have a quarter on me. Mind you, they were not wearing uniforms and made me feel rather uncomfortable. If I can give 0 stars I would. Completely pathetic.

I recently found a bedbug larva in a fitted sheet that I had just bought that very same day. I returned it immediately (I had bought two fitted sheets and returned them both - the other was extremely wrinkled, and made me wonder if it was a return that had been improperly returned to the manufacturer because I’ve never seen any sheets that wrinkled from anything new I have purchased over my lifetime) and notified the manager. I am posting here but did not feel confident that it is going to get the attention it deserves. I hope that Walmart Center Street brings in a pest inspector immediately.

There was a man in the Womans bathroom I approached staff for help he told me he didn't care and won't do anything don't ever let your children go to the bathroom alone in this disgraceful establishment extremely disappointed with the response to a safety issue for woman ?

Everything is fine. Just take care of the aggression of the white lady in customer service who is handling returns. She needs to be polite as there could be genuine returns.

Walmart delivered leaking items and now refusing to refund me even though FedEx shows the package was damaged due to leak.
They claim final sale means even if item is damaged you will not get a refund.
