Went to the store closing sale. The staff was a great help for whatever questions or help I needed. The lineup was crazy long, going to back off the store. There are cheap video games near the front register, so don't wait till you check out; else you'll see them on your way out but it'll be too late - you'll have to get back on line!

Not good.. they inflated the prices just to discount it; it was cheaper to buy at another toys r us.

The best staff I have ever met.. as a soon to be first time mom they were super helpful and just wonderful .. moena and Shelly were amazing staff .. moena was the most patient and helpful and felt like I had a friend to help me pick what’s right for my needs as a first time mom. I can’t thank her enough!

Toys"R"US, this location, is closing. There are some sales, 20 percent and 30 percent off from what I have seen but plenty of inventory. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is calm since it is so empty. I would recommend going before all is gone!

It is a good shop but I don't know why my son does not like it. Maybe it is bigger than usual and the atmosphere is not warm enough for children.

Overall the store is good. Went on Nov 23rd and currently there was a notice that the store is going to get closed soon and there is a 10% off for all the products with no return option. The staff are really nice and supportive. The wash room was not maintained properly. My kid spent a decent amount of time here.

Moena has been such a wonderful help every time I’ve come to the store. She’s so patient and knowledgeable, and it’s clear she really cares about helping you make the right choice. Whether it’s picking out a car seat, stroller wagon, or other baby gear, she takes the time to understand what you need and guides you through the whole process in a way that feels effortless.
I recently made a couple of bigger purchases, and she made sure I felt confident about everything, even answering all my (many) questions without hesitation. She’s kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about her customers. It’s really sad to hear the store is closing, but I hope Moena and the rest of the team find great opportunities ahead. Thank you, Moena, for everything you’ve done—it’s been so appreciated!

Amazing service by Moena. We go to this store because she works there and is very knowledgeable. Too bad the store is closing but we will go to the store that Moena will transfer to.

Moena is amazing, since I was pregnant till my baby is 1 year old she helps me with everything I need and explain the products well.

Moena in the baby department is an absolute gem! She is warm, friendly, hardworking, honest in recommending car seats. She helped us do multiple dry fits in our car when other stores didn't offer this service. She made sure to price match - highly recommend her and this location!
