There are cheap video games near the front register, so don't wait till you check out; else you'll see them on your way out but it'll be too late - you'll have to get back on line!”

“Mr.Surprise isn’t just a store it’s a community. It brings people together and is full of happiness. I come here every time I feel down (and even when I don’t) and I always leave feeling better. It’s not just Mr. Surprise but also msteastation and surprise lab, the franchise is just full of joy from its staff to its products. The surprise boxes are always great and they’re consistently restocking popular favs and the bubble tea is the best I’ve ever had, it’s so fresh! “Went to visit the store and I gotta say this cute store is everything! They have the most adorable plushies (ranging from hello kitty, my melody, Winnie the Pooh, etc.) they also have some really cute plates and cups ? I personally got myself the cutest mousepad!The costumer service is also super nice and the girl was very helpful!I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for different cute items!(The only downside of the store is that I wish it was bigger)”

“I've been ordering my figures here for a few years now, and I can proudly say this is my go-to figure store. The staff are kind and welcoming, and reply quickly and professionally to all communications.
Fair warning, the interior is a liiittle cramped with all the product. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to cause a chain reaction of collapsing waifus (I am big and tall lol.) If the store is busy it is a little awkward to maneuver, but staff will still let you browse and take your time.
Definitely worth checking out if you're interested in anime collectibles and figures!”

“It’s a very small space but there is a huge selection. My main issue with collecting die cast such as hot wheels was that many stores never stocked them and many would be ripped out or impossible to find. Here there is a wide variety of brands such as Tomica, BMC and MiniGT. And it’s easier to drive out here than to pay an outrageous Customs Tax. I must say I was happy with my Tomica Hummer H2 as it even had a fully working suspension. I would however like to see larger scales as I was unable to see them on their website either.”
“based on the customer service alone I am very happy with my experience. I ordered something on December 23 and I did call before hand, so I knew that the office was closed during the holidays. However I was surprised to get an email to advise me that even with the office closed they could accommodate a pick up. I was so happy to be able to pick up earlier so I could give the the item to my nephew for Christmas. This small gesture especially during the holiday season really made a huge difference.”

“I stumbled across this place when looking online for some Haikyuu and Blue Lock merchandise and fell in love with this place ever since. The storefront is cozy and packed with anime figurines, blind boxes, and a variety of merchandise spanning different series, with new things always popping up. The store owners are incredibly generous and friendly, able to help with any of your questions, concerns and needs. This store is truly my go to and highly recommended if you want to have a good time exploring a hobby shop. I hope more people can get to know this place because it's really super awesome!”

“Was visiting the GTA for the weekend, and stumbled across this awesome place. Great finds at prices that match market value. Don’t be afraid to ask the employees any questions regrading pricing.
The prices fluctuate on some of their products, that’s why everything isn’t labelled with a price - for those who are complaining in the reviews. I found a couple of amazing Knick knack finds and a couple of PS3 games for a very reasonable price and the employee that helped me was willing to make a bargain or two that was beneficial to me as the customer, with the vendor still able to profit and keep the place going.

“So I've been on this hunt for advent calendar stuff and all the stores near me were out of stuck of this book I was looking for. Using the Indigo app (despite how bad it can be) I found this location was the easiest for me to get to. I had a rollercoaster of a day yesterday and I was wandering the second floor for a while, going up and down ready to give up. It was hard to find a worker that wasn't busy (and really I only saw maybe two walking around) as I didn't want to disrupt them. So I decided to grab something and head to cash out and asked at the register if they had these items. I felt at ease talking with the guy at the register, he was so friendly and charismatic with everyone. And many thanks to the guy who found both of the items I had come for (because the app was so unhelpful haha). I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this Indigo more often. Their upstairs section is so cozy by the windows and easy to find, a minute walk from Eglinton station.”
