A very good grocery store. Vegetables are well displayed. Very good quality. They should increase the area of the store, as it is often overcrowded, and customers do not have enough space to move around. There should be a washroom close by.

Worst shopping experience ever.
Staff needs training on how to communicate with clients in a polite manner. I understand there is a lineup. I bought a lot of items and was rushed by the cashier and the customer behind me. The cashier did not help me put my groceries, and reluctant to answer my questions on rewards. Very unprofessional. Your company needs to give training to staff.
Overall customer service is not existing. You are there to give your money and supposed to get out of there as soon as you can apparently. Your personal experience is not valued and not important. Very disappointed and unpleasant.

Logically speaking, T&T is a supermarket with better labor quality in Huachao. In the morning, I was shocked by the attitude of the lady who sells breakfast. She may have gotten up too early, and she was angry and indifferent. I was convinced.
