After done my shopping someone from staff was followed me and my wife and took photo of my plate, when I asked him why, he play stupid, went talked to manger, refused help, I asked the police and investigation on the way. I felt so horrible and never going again. Staff unfriendly and customer service so bad.

I bought the ribs from Warden & Steel today. When I opened it at home, I saw that each bone was cut with a thickness of 1.5 inches. I would never have imagined that a supermarket in Toronto with good reviews and quality assurance would have to have staff cut the ribs. There should be no basic knowledge.

Bought frozen lobster tails, cooked them up...they smelled of ammonia. This is an indication of spoilage. Good to see their quality is top-notch. I will contact Loblaws to file a complaint. I'd give no stars if possible
