Daniella the manager needs to be retrained on customer service and assistance. I attempted to purchase an iPhone 16 pro max. I have had rogers for 15 years - and she told me her policy prevents the sale of the phone unless her staff makes the commission. Disappointing and completely contradictory to actual policies.

I went to the store at 7:55pm and they told me they are closed for the day.. the store on google says they close at 8pm.. very bad! Not Zayona approved.

Awful service, got told that they couldn't call in on my behalf even though the service representative online told me the exact opposite, and that "It's bizarre that a Rogers rep will refuse to call us"

"Three times a charm!" I returned to this location needing to upgrade my recently subscribed Internet service. Eshaan informed me of my options. Together we found a solution which helped serve my family's needs better. Thank you very much Eshaan!! You and Lais are the BEST!!
This location has done it again. The first time I was here half a year ago they honourably held my phone order for me until I arrived to pick it up. Moat locations get the Fold 5 and sell it asap to the first person they can find. This location held it for 2 days and made me an even Happier Rogers customer that I already was. Today's visit raised the bar even more "Lais" (Roger's rep) kindly guided me to and from the door and patiently waited for me to retrieve one of my Rogers phones from my car which I forgot. After patiently waiting for me, she kindly assisted me with SIM change and phone working confirmation. I am slow with tech and walking (injured leg). She was kind and courteous and helpful. This speaks volumes about her and Rogers being astute enough to hire her. Thank you Rogers and first time rep and Lais!!! I am Happily your loyal customer!!!

It says that they are open until 8; however, they close at 7:30, and although they are inside the store, they do not care for customers who took the time to get there before 8. The hillcrest location is also open until 8 and helped me right at 8 with a great customer service. Avoid this location and go to hillcrest location instead for a better experiencex and service.
