This location has gone downhill since management got rid of the manager. I heard most of the staff quit in protest. No personality anymore.

Worst place EVER... Was in there for almost 20 minutes looking for kitten stuff. Wasn't even greeted by store employee. She was on the phone the whole time. Couldn't find what we were looking for.. Was going to buy something but she was still on the phone. Just left...

My girlfriend and i just bought a new puppy last night. We wanted to wait a few weeks but when we took a look we couldnt help ourselves and were not prepared at all! When we got to the store we had ideas of what to get but werent confident.
Elena took amazing care of us!! She told us exactly what we needed and the first night was perfect. We came the next morning to get some toys and she was there and very helpful once again. I highly recommend Rens pets for any oet needs and if you have a dog then elena is the expert you want to speak to. Thank you so much!

Patrick and his team are excellent! Always friendly, very professional, and our doggo loves getting his pets from the ladies!

Watch out for price differences between what you see on the shelf, and what you are being charged. I’d love to say it happened only once (which is understandable) but literally every single time I shopped at this particular store there was a discrepancy between what I thought I was paying and what I was being charged. I stopped shopping here and go to the nearby honest Pet Valu instead.

This was my first time checking out REN’s pets and I could honestly say it’s so nice! The worker there helped me pick out a toy and showed me all my options for my dog! (sorry didn’t get his name, literally saw him 20 min ago tho) btw she loves it :D

Overall good quality products from a good store. However, most times I go, the price at the cash is always higher than the tag on the shelves. This is either because there was a mistake, the tags are in the wrong position, or because the product is arranged in a confusing way.It'd be nice if the management could resolve these issues.
