Recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at the Purolator location situated at 32 Steeles Ave West inside Staples. I must express my deep disappointment with the two employees who were handling the packages during my visit. One was an older white woman, while the other was a younger Asian man. Their lack of attentiveness and disregard for the security of my valuable parcel left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.Upon arriving at the store, I had a package containing my brand-new $2000 cell phone, and I wanted to personally hand it to the employees to ensure its safety. However, to my surprise, they insisted that I just leave it on the counter. This approach immediately raised concerns for me since anyone passing by could easily snatch my expensive phone and disappear within seconds.In an attempt to alleviate my worries, I decided to wait in the store for 15 minutes while keeping a close eye on my parcel. Shockingly, during this entire time, the employees made no effort to secure it or even pay attention to its presence. My phone was left unattended on the counter, completely vulnerable to theft. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of responsibility and disregard for customer satisfaction.Frustrated and concerned for the safety of my package, I ultimately decided to retrieve it and promptly drove just a couple of minutes up the street to another Purolator office. There, my parcel was promptly scanned and taken to a secure location, which is what should have happened at 32 Steeles Ave West.As a customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism and a commitment to the security of my belongings. Unfortunately, the employees at this particular Purolator location failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Their negligence and lack of attention are unacceptable and jeopardize the trust customers place in Purolator's services.I strongly advise fellow customers to exercise caution when utilizing the services at 32 Steeles Ave West Purolator, especially when dealing with these two employees. Their careless approach to handling valuable packages is a significant cause for concern, and I would highly recommend seeking out alternative Purolator locations where your parcels will be treated with the care and attention they deserve.It is my hope that Purolator management takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate steps to rectify the situation at 32 Steeles Ave West. Customer satisfaction and the security of packages should always remain a top priority for any reputable courier service

They can scan the QR code to print the label. The drop off experience was good and smooth and staff was helpful. They do not scan the label to provide receipt. It just acts as the drop off centre.

Theres no receipt and youre stuck wondering when your item will be shipped out for refund as you wait weeks for your refund to be processed

They would not scan the barcode and they do not give receipt. They just tell you to drop it off.

Fairly decent shipping centre. They only have 1 or 2 people looking after the business centre here so you are left waiting sometimes.
