I came to this clinic seeking services after a sleep test through a recommendation. From the moment I entered the clinic, Maria (who thinks she’s a doctor but she’s not) was condescending, racist, and overall just a terrible healthcare professional that should reconsider her career choices. It seems like she is annoyed by her work from what I experienced at this clinic. I was new to the entire experience and Maria made it difficult at every aspect of my experience there. From fitting the machine to the type of sleep study I did, Maria was rude and short with every conversation I’ve ever had with her. Every time I would ask a question, she would bark at me and belittle me as if I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. When dealing with new patients, it is important to slow down and ensure the customer knows every aspect of the concept. Patience is a virtue especially in healthcare and Maria is entitled thinking she knows everything and if you even try to ask a simple question, she dismisses you. When I confronted Maria about this, she was gaslighting me acting as if she didn’t do anything wrong and she was doing her job correctly. I promptly returned the machine and went to a competitor where I was treated with dignity and respect. I am now sleeping peacefully and have ongoing treatment from a place that actually cares about their patients. if you can avoid this clinic at all costs, please do so. If you deal with Maria and you are a person of color, ask for someone else or steer clear of this business overall. I will never suggest this clinic to anyone and I will always ensure I share my experience about Maria to my friends and family because people like her are whats wrong with the health care crisis in Canada. As a healthcare professional, you need to have some sort of empathy and a level of customer service as a basic minimum requirement. Maria and this clinic does not meet this requirement. If you pay close attention to the reviews of this clinic, there is a trend of people of color leaving bad reviews and white people leaving good reviews. Draw your own conclusions and avoid this place at all costs.
EDIT: The owner of the establishment called me to apologize and said he was going to speak to Maria. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a follow up so the review will still stay as I assume nothing was done to correct her behaviour.

First time visiting this location and I had an amazing experience! Maria was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, made me feel comfortable and took her time to explain things that needed explaining. Made the start of my CPAP journey extremely easy. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been bringing my father here over the years for his CPAP needs and our experience has always been nothing short of excellent. Our go-to specialist, Maria, has always made us feel comfortable, well informed and extremely cared for. Her expertise, professionalism and dedication to her patients is the reason we keep coming back. Sincerely can't recommend Maria and this clinic enough!

I've been going to Pureflow Healthcare for my CPAP stuff for a while now and I'm always happy with my experience. The people who work there really know their stuff when it comes to CPAP therapy. They've given me a lot of great support over the years, even well after I first got my CPAP machine.
They also make dealing with insurance a breeze, which I really appreciate.
The technician Mariya is awesome. She's super friendly and really takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable with my CPAP equipment and settings.
All in all, I definitely suggest checking out Pureflow for CPAP therapy. They provide top-notch care and really go above and beyond to help their clients. Two thumbs up from me!
