Very disappointed in the service I received today. I came in around 6pm. The woman working didn’t greet me when I entered. I asked where the pet shampoo was, and she pointed to the section “over there”.
She should have walked me over and made some suggestions.
I picked one shampoo, and asked “How is this one?”
She replied with “pretty good”. And that was all.
She also forgot to ask if i needed a bag for my 2 unit purchase.
Not sure if she was under the influence of something, or was just having a very off day, but I am turned off and will not be returning to this location.

I came to the store few days ago, and the staff there really helped me with getting know the the product’s, specially that persian guy, because my English is not very good, so he was really a good help, they had some really great products and very kind staff.

had a great experience tonight with this location! super friendly staff and was very knowledgeable in terms of what programs they have, with certain leashes and collars.we also had to return something and it was a very smooth transaction. we brought our puppy and staff was very welcoming and gave us free calendars as well!!Definitely coming back to this location.

I found this store staffs dishonest & I had very bad experience on after service. I bought a bag of cat food in Sept 16th & my cats can’t tolerated this cat food with bleeding poop for several days.We decided to return the cat food & called the Pet Valu customer service hotline. The CS told us we can definitely get the refund & she called the store to inform this refund issue.However! When we reached to the store, firstly, the staff asked us to make a replacement(which I totally understand, because they need to do the business), but we already purchased another bag of cat food. So we choose to make a refund.Out of sudden, one of the staff told us we can only get the gift card as the cat food was opened due to the return policy. I’m like what?? Excuse me!?? I’ve already called the Pet Valu CS & confirmed that full refund can be made & CS already told this store about the case. They’re trying to make up different “Excuses” for not giving the money back to the customer!!That’s totally ridiculous & unacceptable! If you planning to purchase the items from this store, please prepare that you won’t get your money back if you would like to return it.The worst store I’ve ever seen!!2nd comment:This’s my second comment as Google review doesn’t allow me to comment under my previous comment. The store owner called me 2 hours later to apologised about my refund. I promised her that to give a fair review as I accepted her apology & I can feel her sincerity. Hopefully, Mike took this experience serious enough as I found different review commented this issue. Even though the previous terrible experiences, I will give a 3 star after owner’s sincere apologies! Hope this problem won’t happened again.
