It's always nice to be greeted when walking in and have all my questions answered. Dylan was super helpful as well and he's a lovely employee and I would recommend this store to all pet lovers

Friendly staff. Clean bath stations. Never had any issues with getting an appointment for the self pet wash. Dog destroyed some toys and they did a return with no issue.
