Extremely disorganized business, constantly missing calls and forgetting appointments. I’ve gotten an oil change a few times from them and every time they don’t reattach the cover properly. My cover was dragging across the 401 and I ended up needing to pay another garage to fix it since I wasn’t close enough to get it fixed. I’ve even reminded them to reattach the cover properly and the same issue happened again, honestly it’s my fault for going back. Avoid avoid avoid

Recently took my vehicle in with a cracked windshield late afternoon on a Friday. I spoke to Keith who examined the damage. He was very professional and easy to talk to throughout. He said he’d check his sources for a replacement windshield, and booked me in for Wednesday morning. By 10 am on Monday, he called to confirm that he could source the windshield, quoted a price, and assured me the replacement would arrive on Tuesday. I dropped the car off early Wednesday morning and the work was completed by 3 pm. Keith returned the car in clean condition. Peter Yip performed the necessary dynamic recalibration of the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and provided me the test results. I’m very pleased with the results.

Went here right after Ford was going to charge me a ridiculous amount for two services. I went here and spoke with Keith who was very friendly. He got me an amazing price for the services I needed and was there the next week. Absolutely no complaints. I will be recommending anyone who needs a mechanic to Peck Brothers and will be coming here from now on.

These guys are awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things, but never try to upsell you on further services. They are also very friendly and approachable. No wonder they are always loaded up with customers and have great reviews. Count on me to be a customer for years to come.

My car broke down on Highway 7 because of the flat tires . I called Keith in Peck Brothers Automotive because that is the place I service my car regularly . He sent David to my rescue , so I can continue to go to work . The service beyond regular duties that I greatly appreciated and praised his caring . 5 star is not high enough to rate this business. My wife and I have been customers of Peck Bros for north of 30yrs. Not once have we had any issues or concerns. Peck Bros only do the work that is necessary and always consult with the customer ahead of the work to explain and advise of the costs. Completely reliable and trustworthy.

Friendly staff. I was a walk in and I was seen rightaway. The only complaint I have is they are pretty expensive. Charged me 140$ for a oil change for my Ford explorer. 140$ is quite steep for the type of car I have and I have never paid this high for oil change.

This place was fantastic to deal with. I had noise coming from my brakes and decided to take my car here. They were so professional in explaining all of the issues once they diagnosed the problems. Bought a rav 4 from them and off a family friend that works there. Was told the car was good. Within a few months of driving it I’ve had issue after issue. Biggest issue was having to get a new transmission. I’ve had roughly $10000 in repairs and i still need to get some work done on the car. They wont cover any of the costs.Don’t recommend

Spark plugs, coil and flush fuel injectors."Service is our business" is an accurate description of what you provide. Keith is a great ambassador and knowledgeable manager for Peck. I actually look forward to taking my Camry in for service and I feel confident when I drive it away after servicing.
