Great in concept, somewhere you can be assured to get everything organic, but people go for organic produce and they do not turn it over fast enough for it to be fresh. It is usually tired produce and you have to be very careful what you choose. Even when you do, be prepared to throw out some food that may already be expired.

The store is 20% stocked with some aisles completely bare. I guess Ambrosia it is.

Heads up - the ownership ( to an investment company) has changed . The shelves are quite bare - restocking product seems to be going slowly . Looking forward to a shelves that aren't nearly bare ( hopefully that happens sooner rather than later ) I asked why they wouldn't put a sign up - the response was that cooperate told them no .

New experience; it's nice if you like organic food; you can find lots of healthy options. But lots of shelves were empty ?

Very poor customer service, cashier Natalie at checkout on 29 August 2024 at 1:30pm (8020 Bathurst St location in Vaughan, Ontario) was very rude, obnoxious and shouting without manners. Never again will shop there. Train your employees!!!!

This store has been my absolute favourite for many years! The best prices on fresh organic produce, great local gem of a store. Frequently has deals on different produce, always worth a visit to stop in to see what’s new.

Sadly, empty shelves, bored looking staff. Keeps saying “new owners” for months now. Quite depressing to walk in there. What a shame, it was a great local health store. Might as well shut down rather than keep going this way…

Idk what happened here over the last decade or however long they’ve been open. Used to be the spot. Now it has a minimal fruit and veggie selection. Has depressing GF bread options. Sushi bar isn’t fun and the bowls are just alright. Snacks are still alright but prices are high. No one comes anymore so service is fast.

This store was a "backup", but more so the store to go for bulk spices-fruits and veggies were questionable. The Junction and Liberty stores are closed and the Richmond Hill store shelves were bare at my last visit, about one month ago. I was told, the store has new owners and the shelves "will soon be restocked". From a 3-day old post, the shelves have yet to restocked. Ambrosia, Whole Foods, the Sweet Potato, etc. hope to benefit.

A lot of awesome products I have never seen before. Went with a friend who shops at whole foods and even he saw some items he was in awe about
The produce and the frozen sections were nice and full, however, the snacks and other items like non perishables had many empty spots. Could only imagine what it would be like if all the products carried were available
Saw so many items I was wanting to buy even with the shorted amount of inventory.
Environment seems like a very laid back and relaxing place. The employees were very easygoing and not pushy at all
The place is clean and orderly and really love the product assortment
Good job overall

Best grocery store in town! Our go-to place whenever we go shopping! Fresh, delicious, organic produce, with amazing prices like nowhere else!
There are a lot of negative reviews, but this store definitely doesn’t deserve them

Update: Half of the store appears empty. Seems like they are shutting down and waiting to sell remaining items. I’d skip this location and try ambrosia instead.
They need to replenish products faster. Half of the shelves are empty all the time. Used to be good. Going the wrong direction.
