These guys are great. I called in with a question about a warranty issue I had with an old battery from another shop and then asked if I could get a replacement from them. They said I could, and when I got there less than an hour later, the battery was right at the counter, waiting for me. Service was incredible and everybody was friendly and helpful which sadly is rare these days. I will definitely be buying my batteries here.

I’ve been using northwest for part for the past year or so. They are quick at delivering and are pretty versatile at getting different brands for all cars pretty much. Prices are right too.

Do not go to this location for U-Haul. They have a large fleet of trucks however the service is horrible. You can do everything online, book it, check it out and return it. All they have to do is give you the key. The door is locked and I had to wait 30minutes for somebody from U-Haul to contact them. I asked him why there is no sign or phone number to call and he says "too bad." As I'm leaving the next person customer comes to the locked door and I have to tell them to call U-Haul. Nice way of running your business.

This place is brutal. I reserved a closed trailer to haul some electrical fitness equipment, when I arrived to pick it up they had already given it away. They offered an open trailer to "help" me out (I was desperate so I took it) and it wouldn't fit with my wiring on my truck. When I went back to the office to talk to them they had locked the door! It was 3pm! Stay away from this place. Go anywhere else, these people are BRUTAL.

Rented a 14' U-Haul for our move. It was quick and easy. You can reserve it online and cancel anytime. We had a deal here as the truck was priced lower than other locations ($20 compared to $30). When I picked up the U-Haul (yes I still can't believe I drove & reversed in one lol), the lady was very nice and explained everything (rules, fill up b4 returning, wide turns, & payment breakdown). She also explained the invoice would be adjusted later on after the vehicle was returned. This was the breakdown. Rental charge ($19.95), Safety Coverage ($15 - guess this wasn't necessary but just in case), dolly ($7), environmental fee ($1 wtf is that?). Total $56.94 after tax. Still cheaper than having frugal Chinese movers! Vehicle was in good condition. It's obviously been used many times so can't expect much. Air con worked so that was great. Reversing was def. an experience. I just prayed there wasn't an idiot walking behind the truck as the spot was completely blind, though u do have the two side mirrors. Def have a new respect for truck drivers!
