I see a lot of mixed reviews so thought I'd chime in with my experience: The first time I visited and bought a suit I didn't leave feeling 'happy'. What you want in a suit-buying experience is advice, suggestions, and recommendations. I didn't get any of this so I wasn't entirely sold on my own purchase.
It wasn't until I went back to make alterations and dealt with Suhil (hope I'm spelling this correctly) that I left feeling happy and confident in my previous purchase.
He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions regarding my jacket, pants, shirt, and even socks that enhanced the overall appearance and made me feel I was getting great value overall.

This Moore’s is literally a next level customer service experience.
Everyone who helped us here was knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure to deal with.
They really went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed!
I would highly recommend this store!

Bad service.!When you walk into the store, no one acknowledges you, no one cares about you. After waiting for a long time, a sale assistant finally comes over, but she is very perfunctory. She casually looks for a size that doesn't fit me at all, then leaves us to talk to other customers. After she chatting for a long time, we decided to go cause no ones even come back! Very bad experience!

Sales associates are not providing adequate assistance. During a purchase, one associate left to attend to another task, resulting in a lost sale. The service quality has significantly declined.

I had a very disappointing experience at Moores recently. Despite their return policy, the store manager refused to accept a shirt we purchased from them. The shirt had been used and was discontinued, but we were unable to clean it. When we tried to return it, they accused us of using it, although it was already in that condition when we bought it. They also falsely claimed that they never sell used shirts, which was not true in our case.
We were about to buy two more shirts and a scarf, but we didn't because of this unpleasant experience. This incident has definitely impacted our view of the store's management. That might be the same in other stores. Strongly suggest staying away from this store. Here is the picture of the two shirts.

I had an outstanding experience at Moores thanks to Edrin's exceptional service. Despite being significantly understaffed, Edrin displayed remarkable dedication and efficiency, managing to assist multiple customers simultaneously. He helped us find the perfect fit for both pants and a formal men's shirt with impressive speed and accuracy. Edrin truly went above and beyond, doing the work of two or three people.

We just came to the store to look for some suits and Mr. Eckbal was servicing us with no service at all this is just a very disappointing thing and he is not a nice person at all. I would not call him as a sales person. Definitely not at a big store like this.
His service was the worst ive ever seen in any other stores. I don't say do not come to the store. Yes do come to the store, but definitely don't speak with this sales person because he's attitude. It's a very bad attitude hopefully management will read my feedback and take care of this person.

Excellent selection and very helpful staff. Worked with Joanne, who was very friendly, comprehensive, and with a keen eye for the right fit. I was happy that they could accommodate my tight deadline. Never felt I was being oversold, unlike some stores, but working to find me the right purchase. Highly recommend checking out.

Absolutely amazing and very good service! As soon as I came in, they greeted me and led me to one of the suit specialists and they provided accurate measurements that corresponded with the best most comfortable clothes! I was picking my grad suit and to tell you the truth I was shocked on how fast and comfortable the whole process went! They can’t be beat and are the best place to buy professional luxurious handsome men’s clothing and suits with a reasonable price! Renting stuff are even better and could adjust anything in your choice! Next time you’re thinking on buying an affordable, nice, and simple choosen suit, RUN to MOORES! NOW!

This store location has always been a one stop shop for us! From prom to business attire to gifts, the men in my family love to shop here. Yesterday we had another incredible shopping experience and Adrian our sales associate was so attentive and helpful with the purchases. He advised and picked out many business work attire clothes we came in for. He has a good eye and great taste!! We were so happy with the purchases. Sohail and Jessica assisted as well and provided outstanding custom care from start to finish. Shapoor did all the pant alterations for us on the spot knowing we needed them as quick as possible. He was so detailed, personable, and patient. Incredible team and store service!! We love this location and always recommend it to family and friends!! Thank you!!
