“Based on Zoran's service at this location, not Koodo in general.I had a severely horrible experience at Mobile Klinik at Colossus (Woodbridge.) [For those who don't know (like I didn't until that practically criminal experience at Mobile Klinik), Telus (who own MK) also owns Koodo.]Fast forward to the part where I've had to purchase a new phone, and shop for a new plan after MK gave it to me up the rump. After many visits and calls between the Telus store in Vaughan Mills and Koodo Mobile, I desperately attempted to resolve the original phone problem here in the Yorkdale Koodo store. It was my lucky day to be served by Zoran here. He listened carefully to what I needed, and methodically approached my problem with a knowledegable thoroughness that was impressive. Once I was satisfied in terms of having to kiss my old plan goodbye, he then went above and beyond helping me find the new one I was forced to buy. Next time I'm in Yorkdale, I owe him a donut along with my 100% satisfied gratitude.”
