I went in here with two of my friends. Instantly, as we started looking at items, an Indian worker started following us around. My friend picked up a large pen to look at, and immediately the worker made a sny comment about how it was not a toy just for touching an item she was interested in buying. This was a very uncomfortable experience for us. I do not recommend shopping here.

Went there on july 7 around lunchtime with my kids.The moment we entered the store, the indian guy started following and won’t stop staring at us.And when i asked him about the price of the mat he sounded pissed and not willing to help us.
Not coming back to this store for sure.Shop somewhere else!

The worst experience of customer service I've seen lately. I spent over $60 in this store today and was charged 40 cents for the bag that was ripped within seconds. I went back to ask for a new one and was refused the new bag for free. I refunded everything I purchased on the spot.
Either improve the bag quality or the customer service quality. One has to go.

The staff here is very unfriendly and unprofessional. We were shopping for like 10 minutes but still looking around for a bracelet. The staff started staring at us and following us everywhere without saying any word or offering any help. When we go to the cashier for checkout, not a single word for greetings, no smile, not even telling customers what is the total price. I felt offended. Looks the cashier likes to spying on the customers, and does not want a customer to shop in their store for any time longer than 10 minutes. Plus this store does not have good stock as other locations. I would recommend checking on the one in hillcrest mall or Markville, where staff are trained more professionally on helping customers.

Staff working there is sketchy when we were there at 3:36pm. The sign said "purchase $10 for free gift" and of course it's $10 before tax. The bill came up to $11.83 after tax but no gift. We asked the staff and he said "it's before tax, it's $10.01. it should be around $11 before tax for me to give you free gift". Did he hear himself? Does it make sense? I left because I don't want to argue with a stupid gift but it's very sketchy! I'm not a big fan of Miniso and I don't think I'll ever shop at this location for sure....

Waiting waiting they suppose to open at 10 am . I saw male owner going in 10 min after. They saw us and still making us wait now 10 :20 .

Love the products, the prices can be reasonable, cheap or expensive in a way depending on the product, the quality it depends; so far the quality of the products i buy are great. The store itself is bright, clean, and products are stocked neatly. Overall to me it just seems like a normal store like any other store in the mall that i will continue to shop at :).
