Cool store. Like I visited as a child. And most importantly, everything is high quality, healthy and natural. I really liked the service, everyone was friendly and competent. The girls clearly know and love their work. You can also send a parcel to Russia. In front of me, people praised the cauldrons that they bought in this store 7 years ago and are still very happy with. I also bought a cauldron and a cauldron. VERY EXPENSIVE! I always knew they were expensive. I usually buy barbecues, cauldrons, and cauldrons in Scarborough. Unfortunately, where I bought the cast-iron cauldron and gas burner did not have the required size of the stove. We had to wait 2 weeks. Because I needed it urgently, I had to get it in Kalina. The seller claims that only they have such a product. I explained that I bought the same thing for 45% cheaper. Exactly the same. She made a $15 discount after calling the owner. In short, keep in mind the points in Scarborough. Much cheaper.

It's a very good store. Many items are sold only here. I bought natural goat wool socks. I will definitely come back to buy dishes, scarfs, cards, toys and footwear. Many thanks to the sales team who were very helpful.

Good afternoon, I want to share an unpleasant situation that happened to me last Tuesday. On the way, I went to the Kalina store (800 Steeles Ave W, Thornhill), and saw there a cast iron frying pan (I forgot what it’s called) for cooking with wood, and since we have this wood-burning stove, I quickly called my husband and said that I found. I took a couple of photos to send to my husband, and he liked it, but at that time I didn’t know the exact size of our stove. My husband (on the phone, on speakerphone) said to ask what their return policy is. The saleswoman, having heard the question, answered very confidently (word for word): no problem, within 1-2 days, if the size does not fit, you can return it. I paid and went to try it on. I went straight into the garage and measured it, but it turned out that it was too small. I'm heading back to the store. And the saleswoman tells me that she doesn’t accept it, I remind you that she told me, to which she assures me that she didn’t say that. She called the manager, I explained the whole situation and asked her to check the video cameras (they have them there), well, in short, after an hour of explanations and scandal, the manager Natalia said that she would arrive in 2 hours. Well, I take the frying pan again and go home. I return with my husband, manager Natalia, makes a return with the words: “I hope that I will not see you again, since the doors of the store will be closed for you personally.” My husband checked, the money arrived, we got up in the morning, and they canceled our refund. Now we are without a product and without money.P.S. Absolutely nowhere in the store is there a "No refund and no exchange" sign

I sent a parcel through them. They helped me figure out the terms of registration, picked out the box, provided me with tape, and helped me fill out the paperwork. A very nice woman works with short hair))) I regret that I didn’t ask her name.
