My kittens got food poisoning from eating their canned food and was having diarrhea as well as vomiting. I didn't keep the receipt because I didn't think much of it since my kittens always ate the same brand. I have emailed them with full explanation and wanted to know if it was returned previously or they stored the food in a wrong spot but never gotten a response so I assume they are storing it poorly (doesn't expire till 2026). Dry food here is fine but I would not recommend buying wet food here.Edit:Customer service is great and I received full refund for my remaining cans smoothly even though they didn't have to since I paid with cash and did not keep the receipt. I will most likely still purchase the dried foods here.

I placed an order and it arrived the next following day, and the delivery service provided was excellent! Products received had a long expiration date, which was my biggest concern since I’ve had poor experiences with most local shops. I definitely appreciate that they carry a wonderful selection of products that even many big chains don’t, just goes to prove that they understand what consumers want and need. Everything’s reasonably priced, and I especially love that they offer free shipping for an adequate amount spent.

Great service & very speedy delivery! I live dt and get my orders on the same day. Everything is always carefully packaged and accurate. They also carry products that dt pet shops do not. Ton of Weruva stuff which my cats love. Highly recommend this place.

They have good price and a lot of brands. They always ship fast, wich is a big plus for me! I highly recommande them.Edit: the last 2 time I order, the shipping/delivery wasn’t quick anymore. Usually I have my order within 3 days max, now it’s been a week and i’m still waiting for it. I live at 5 hour drive from the store… So I will say they have average to slow shipping timeframe now.

They sold me a "cat harness" with buckles made of plastic, and those buckles were clearly exposed to too much heat at some point between delivery / being displayed in store, because the plastic buckles were clearly melted and warped, and thus rendered useless. It was also definitely overpriced for what it was. I was basically left with a useless harness that I paid too much for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

just received 1st order worth $138.00 of cat food. i ordered online and every item was in stock. what a treat not having them back ordered like other pet stores we've all experienced. very nice andeasy to accommodate. delivery was next day. i will definitely be back. 5 star+++++

If you’re looking for high quality pet food for your cat, this is the spot. I find they have way more Weruva selection & flavours compared to other shops. I have a 13 yr old senior cat & another 8 yr old cat with some kidney issues. They carry many options which is appropriate for both their diets (low phosphorus & low sodium).They carry Weruva ‘Press Your Lunch’ hydrating puree (which is hard to find in other shops sometimes!) & Now Fresh ‘Senior’ cat food which are both staples for my cats.They also have a lot of cute toys too which you can’t find anywhere else. Thanks JJ pet club!

Cute little pet store we've been going to when we need food or treats on the fly. The people are very nice, and they have reasonable prices. They even carry a dog food brand from New Zealand I can't find other places.
