It’s not just Mr. Surprise but also msteastation and surprise lab, the franchise is just full of joy from its staff to its products. The surprise boxes are always great and they’re consistently restocking popular favs and the bubble tea is the best I’ve ever had, it’s so fresh! My family and I will continue to return again and again!”

“My favourite candle is Cosmic Clouds! I first met the owners at the markets around the city and at the One of a Kind Show. Happy to visit them at their very own shop now! I love all the little details on the art pieces and I love watching the behind the scenes process of the leather goods being created on Instagram from time to time. “Ordered a gift of two bottles of wine for a dear friends birthday. Unfortunately my friend was at an appt when it was delivered the driver left it with a a close neighbour and texted me a photo and name of the person he left it with. Also recieved a lovely message from Alex in customer service as well. Customer service was excellent and with care my first time experience is quite positive. I highly recommend Vyno to you all. “The store is beautiful and has a good selection, the service was great and they offer complimentary gift wrapping. My only complaint is their refund/gift exchange policy which was not made clear at the time of purchase. FYI; 1 week for refunds, 2 weeks for gift exchanges. If you purchase items at the last minute that’s a good enough time. In my case, I purchased the gift 3 weeks in advance as I was in the area and only found out later that my friend cannot exchange the gift because 2 weeks had passed.”
