Disappointing visit to the store.
Some of the prices in the produce section disappeared.
The employees that I used to see at the store have disappeared, have been replaced with inexperienced workers.
Boxes of unpacked goods were piles all over the floors.
What happened to this store?,
poor customer service, very few
floor people to ask a question.

One cashier for this store…20 people lined up, other workers just passing by the line and being aggressive if customers asking to open another cash register!!! Many people list dropping their stuff and walking away, not willing to wait to be served by cashier….very poor management! All it matters it’s a pay check I guess!!!!!!

The store is disgusting. Produce area is messy, disorganized and quite frankly looks dirty.
Despite all the this I still wanted to make a purchase.
On a Friday afternoon at 1PM store is busy with only 2 cashiers working.
Both were lined up into the store.
No sign of
any other store employees to potentially open up another cashier.
To make matter’s worse one of the open cashiers which is supposed be the express 12 item line was full with customers with full shopping carts with no one to enforce the 12 item maximum rule.
I left the store without buying anything and will NEVER return.
DON’T waste your time go to No Frills across from Hillcrest Mall. Way more professional.

Worst Grocery Store I've ever been in.
They routinely sell grey expired meat, mouldy produce and expired baked goods. In addition, products are placed in illogical locations making it very difficult to find anything. The staff are slow as hell and when you eventually get to pay, you are faced with a bad attitude. If you need to find the manager, just listen for the rude/arrogant jerk barking orders at staff from across the store. We now go out of our way to shop somewhere else as this is just an awful pit of despair. Stay away if you care about what you eat and/or your sanity. Retailers like this should be illegal.

Understaffed and very almost never have enough cashiers even at peak times like Saturday. I Only go there when I have to. The produce goes bad within 1-2 days so I never buy it there.

Around 6pm. Only 4 shopping carts left and they were stuck and not usable. Inside the store, only 2 cashiers. Going to No Frills.
