I am shocked by the phone call today.
13-10-2024 @1:39pm.
The lady I spoke to maybe having a bad day or I called the store on the wrong time.i always place my order through there website and 99% I get a call back that they have received my order and we can go ahead and process the charge.
But this time, I never got a call, nor I did received a email.the order was placed on thursday the 10th oct.so I called and
So I was just confirming about it but the phone call didn't go well.felt like I was being yelled at.
I even had to ask the lady if she in a good mood to talk.
Didn't expect that behavior.
I'm not gonna be placing any more orders with them.just annoyed at the phone etiquette.
