Always reliable and honest. They're very upfront about what needs to be done and will always give you the option of fixing items depending on whether it's a safety issue or just preventative maintenance. I've been bringing my vehicles to them for the last 8 yrs and have never once had a bad experience or issue.

I only go to this shop or the dealer. I've been getting the service from here for 15yrs for all 3 vehicles for my family. Very honest people and the experience has been very satisfying. Want to give 6 stars out of 5 but there's only 5 stars for rating. :))

Started going to them over 10 years ago for Drive Clean. Cars always came out clean. I started taking my cars for mechanical work when the warranties were over. Mix of American, Japanese and German cars. Always quality, honest work. They take the time to show you the old parts and what was wrong. I've suggested maintenance and they've told me it wasn't required. Contrary to what one commenter said, language is *not* an issue. They are Korean, and I've sent several friends there who are not Korean. Nobody had a problem, and all have become repeat customers.

I'm not sure about the person with the bad experience, but I got great service. They are very honest and good at explaining the problem. Also, they don't try to upsell or push for repairs that are not necessary. Note: I went in for muffler problem, oil change, replacing the control arm bar. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Honesty and trustworthy. Will look/diagnose a problem without doing any work without your consent, and will not charge if you do not want the work done.
