Had a dent repaired, that 3 other comparable shops said they couldn't do it without - full body work. Was done in less time quoted and was completely satisfied. My expectations were exceeded. Richard - you are a class act.I would completely recommend Richard and Dent Doctor.

Last night I was driving my Acura RDX through a residential area in Aurora, a basketball shot by some kids playing on the street hit my car, leaving several “scratches” and transferring blue paint onto the car body. I tried washing it off, scrubbing repeatedly, and even using alcohol, but nothing removed the “stains” or “scratches”. It wasn’t major damage, but it was totally unexpected, and I was pretty upset. I knew going to a body shop could easily cost me hundreds since both the door and the panel behind it were “scratched”, requiring at least two large areas to be repainted. Feeling hopeless, I went to Dent Doctor on a friend’s recommendation. They told me over the phone no appointment was needed, so I just headed over. Upon arrival, a gentleman quickly checked the damage and initially, I thought he either couldn’t or wouldn’t take the job because he said it wasn’t a dent. Without a word, he went inside and grabbed two tools, one like a drill with a polishing attachment and the other, a can like a paint. He started working without giving a quote, which made me wonder about the final cost, though their website mentioned $95, and my friend’s recommendation gave me some confidence. He worked on it attentively, in less than five minutes, he had completely removed the “scratches” and the blue paint, leaving my car looking as good as new. I was over the moon! When he finished, he simply wished me good luck. Asking how much I owed, he insisted on no charge. I was embarrassed but overjoyed. I would have gladly paid the $95, considering he not only saved me a hefty body shop bill, saved my time, but also lifted my spirits for two days! Imagine how someone with a perfect track record of no damages from driving would feel about their car being “scratched” by a basketball out of the blue – ugly and without recourse. Thanks to Dent Doctor for not only their skill and efficiency but also their “gift” to me. Grateful!

Amazing service and excellent price. I brought my car to the shop, received a great quote in 10 minutes and dents removed two days later in a few hours. Was able to stay and work while i waited. Excellent hospitality as well. Highly recommend!

After Dent Doctor dealt with a short but deep scratch in my car door (incurred in the parking lot by Coca-Cola Coliseum and BMO Field) and was able to pull out the small dent, I went back to them last week when I found another long but more superficial scratch on the other side of my car (incurred at Bayview Arena). Johnson examined the scratch and did a great job buffing it out. What was most impressive was how quickly he took care of it -- I showed up without a pre-arranged appointment and was in and out and on my way in less time than it takes to go through a takeout drive thru! Thank you Johnson!

The shop is honest, knowledgeable, and does great work. I brought my truck to Richard to get a quote on fixing a number of dents on my roof due to a garage door. Richard examined the damage, and gave me an accurate and reasonable quote. As well, he let me know what PDR can and cannot do regarding my roof. He took the time to explain to me how PDR works, and what I was to expect. I appreciated his honesty and candidness, and let him handle the entire process of fixing the damage to the roof.He communicated well throughout the process, and provided me with updates as the work was completed. He answered all my questions, and ensured that the work completed was up to standard. There was a bit of a snag during the process, but Richard took care of it without any hassle.I'd highly recommend the Dent Doctor/Richard to anyone looking to have PDR done.

Ever since I have been introduced to Dent Doctor, I no longer have to pay at least three times of the amount quoted by my dealership plus having to be on the waiting list for weeks! Today I went back due to a snow bank accident and they snapped the panel back in within 30 seconds and bluff it up at no charge! I am very glad now I got an auto repair shop who is honest, reliable, affordable with excellent customer service!

I would recommend anyone who wants excellent flawless body work on your car go to Dent Doctor. All I could say when I saw the dent taken out of my car was "Wow, that's fantastic". The staff are professional and very friendly. Take my word for it do not trust anyone else with your car.

Went to Dent Doctor for a bad dent on the crease of the plastic quarter panel on my SUV. The owner fixed it in minutes and in less than an hour I was on my way. He also sourced the exhaust part that had broken off and offered to install it. Plus he noticed my washer fluid light warning light and refilled it for me. I was blown away when I saw where the dent had been. You couldn't see anything.Thank you Dent Doctor. You are the best in the dent business!

Incredible work done, this is fantastic, you can always trust Dent Doctor for the dent and high spot repair. I thought it's impossible to repair because another body shop told me they need to replace the outside material of the whole door. But thanks to the Dent Doctor, this is 98% perfect and barely visable from human eye even at close look! The price is acceptable and affordable as well.

I visited Dent Doctor twice to do my own Nissan Altima which had a medium edge dent and several other small ones and the experience was excellent in which they fixed cpl more dents than we previously agreed on. Later they did my wife's car which had hail damage with 500+ dents all over and the result is EXCELLENT! It was like there wasn't anything happed in the first place! Richard is very professional and he guided me through the process which probably wouldn't be possible without his advices and continues support. Overall the experience dealing with this shop was above expectations! I highly recommend this shop for all PDR jobs. I will sure continue to deal with this shop in future! 7 stars rating for sure.

Disappointing Experience at Dent DoctorI recently had an unfortunate experience at Dent Doctor, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. From the initial phone call to the in-person interaction, the customer service left much to be desired.Upon calling the shop to inquire about fixing dents, I was instructed to come in for an assessment. However, when I suggested sending photos for an initial evaluation, the person on the phone displayed rudeness, making the communication unpleasant from the start.Upon arriving at the shop, I patiently waited for the staff to finish with another customer. However, instead of a courteous greeting, the person in charge seemed more interested in his phone, reading messages without acknowledging my presence.When he finally took a look at the dents, his demeanor was dismissive. To my surprise, he outright refused to address the issue, suggesting I go to a body shop instead. This left me puzzled as to the purpose of their business if they were unwilling to handle such repairs.The overall experience was marred by a lack of professionalism and courtesy. The rudeness encountered on the phone extended to the in-person interaction, creating a thoroughly unpleasant atmosphere.Disheartened by the encounter, I decided to seek services elsewhere. Fortunately, a neighboring shop provided better service and successfully repaired the dents, showcasing the stark contrast in customer care.In light of my experience, I would advise potential customers to read other reviews and gauge the owner's character before considering Dent Doctor. It appears that my encounter was not an isolated incident, and understanding the overall reputation of the establishment may save others from similar disappointments.
