Awful customer serviceNever seen in recent years.I reached at 5:40pm drove 45 min to reach there as a expecting mom looking to buy a car seat ,instead from the time I reached they lady who was helping me , told we are closing at 6 . She showed few item and sharp at 6pm she said rudely we are closed, and I left.from the first minute I arrived, she was counting seconds to leave the store.PlusI advise everyone to check the price of other good brands and if you compare it with this people you will never get anything from them

Avoid their online store. They sell dirty, damaged and used items as "open box" and lie in the description about its condition. Never again.

BEWARE!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!I purchased a stroller and car seat fromThe Bay not realizing it was a marketplace seller.They sent me a stroller and a car seat.The stroller was completely used and in horrible condition. I called them and followed their prompts for a return. I sent them photos with the item in its original packaging not even fully opened showing the wear and tear of the item. It was clearly used without even taking it out of the box you can tell. They responded with “it looks like it’s just some dust” they sent me a return address where I had to pay an additional $50 for shipping!After they received it they said the item is worn and indicates it’s been used. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE RETURN! Obviously it’s used, this is the entire reason to return it.The best part is not only do I not have a refund. They kept the stroller lol! So I don’t have a stroller, and they won’t refund me!It’s been over a month of calling every day dealing with HBC support with no answers yet!If I could use zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Horrible customer service, horrible quality. Complete scam!

Trash service they scam peopleOn Amazon stating the sent an item when all they do is make a label and say it was sent when actually the keep the product state that it’s the carriers fault they lost it. They get reimbursed from Amazon and you get refunded aswell but they keep the product so they double dipping. Easy money for them.Response to owners response.That’s funny cause I called Tuesday afternoon and the shipping department had no clue if it even left or not so not sure what your getting at just look at your reviews on Amazon and you can see you have done these more then once. Just because you printed a label doesn’t mean anything till the carrier picks it up and scans in there possession then it there responsibility. I called them you still had the package the whole time.

I ordered a bassinet off the website that came in the wrong colour. My husband and I went to the store to exchange at their suggestion, where they admitted to the mistake. We didn’t want a refund after driving all the way there, but the store didn’t offer a solution (help getting the right colour or anything like that) despite selling a mislabeled product. Now we have a stroller with a mismatching bassinet that we’re not happy with. Offering something for the inconvenience would have been helpful.

I really didn’t like this online businesses. I order rain cover it’s passed the they delivery but I haven’t received. There is no customer support you it’s kind of fake business.

Dearborn Baby Store is hands down the best place for first-time parents like us! We walked in feeling totally clueless, but the staff made everything so chill and easy.Shoutout to the awesome team for being patient and breaking down all the strollers and car seats for us. They didn't rush, took the time to explain all the cool features, and made sure we didn't feel lost in baby gear world.What we really loved was that the staff knew their stuff! Seriously, they could talk about every item in the store like it was their best friend. It made us feel confident that we weren't just buying cute stuff, but things that were actually practical and safe.The store layout is a dream – no getting lost in a maze of baby things. It's organized, so you can find what you need without wandering around for hours.Dearborn is now our go-to for everything baby. The staff's friendly vibes and the cool gear make it a pleasure every time we swing by. If you're a new parent or just want a stress-free shopping spree, this place is a must. We're looking forward to more trips and knowing Dearborn has our parenting backs!

Had really great service there, personalized shopping experience, knowledgeable staff, honest conversations and they asked good questions before recommending stuff to us. The showroom itself is a bit dated and can be a bit warm when seasons change but solid selection of products, and we always check out Black Friday deals which are excellent. Would be lovely if they had a toddler play area to try out the toys I think that would make the shopping even better…Recommend :)

From the first time I walked into the store to just browse before I created my baby registry they were amazing. The staff are so knowledgable and friendly. Angie took time to go through so many different products and was super honest about what I did and did not need. They are my go to store for everything for my baby. They made sure my car seat base was installed correctly, helped me make sure that my baby carrier was at the correct spots when I first wanted to use it. Like I said at the beginning of this review, they are amazing.

Worst place to buy online. When contacted them over the quality of the product that I received, their response was “the item in the picture was never sold by us”. That’s the most lame explanation I have received from a retailer so far. It’s better to buy from a big box store to avoid going through this hassle. This is based on my experience buying online from them and not in store.

We came here from out of town and Tatiana helped us out so much. She spent so much time showing us a variety of car seats we were interested in, swings and bassinets. She even introduced us to the car seat installer so we could ask him questions as well.There was no pressure to buy right away. She said we could order online, so the items could ship to our house and we wouldn’t have to worry about how to store the baby items and luggage in our car.

This is the worst ever shopping experience at Dear-Born Baby! I purchased a full set of Stokke Trip Trapp High Chair through Hudson's Bay. Once I received the package, I found a crack of the backrest of the baby set. I contacted Dear-Born Baby right away on the day I received the defective item and I submitted all photos for the defective item. Bianca from Dear-Born Baby used several excuses that they need to submit this case to their buyer and the manufacturer. I waited more than 2 weeks for a reasonable solution. But Bianca from Dear-Born Baby notified me that manufacturer said this is not a manufacture defect. I have to keep the broken piece! This is ridiculous! I paid hundreds for a defective item? If you don't want to waste your money, don't purchase from Dear-Born Baby! If the stuff you purchase has any issue even though it's brand new, Dear-Born will not take any responsibility! I will never buy from them at all!

The staff are always so helpful and nice but Angie went absolutely above and beyond to help! I showed her products that I was interested in and she showed me products similar and even was able to find a clearance item that was not on the floor. She made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable I didn’t want to leave the store haha! Thank you to Angie, and the staff at Dear Born Baby.

I wish I had an option to not give a star. I bought an item from this seller on Hudson Bay. I have been following up to return an unopened item for almost 2 weeks without getting it done. Terrible customer service. They do not provide a return label but keep telling me to blindly ship to an address though I had 5 Hudson Bay agents advise me not to do so. If you buy from them, be prepared to get stuck without being able to return if you need to.EDIT: I received a prepaid return label after my card issuer started a dispute case. The prepaid return label was on behalf of Hudson Bay. Dear Born Baby deserves zero star.

Terrible Return policy. Bought a Glider for our stroller but unfortunately it didn't fit our stroller. Called Customer service and apparently my Item is not eligible for a return. ( Store policy and written somewhere on the website as per their Customer Service agent).Wish If I had bought it on Amazon and saved myself all this hassle. I thought that I am doing good by helping the small/local shops but now I am stuck with a useless 100$ item. Never again. Buyers beware!
