Went to the shop just to ask a couple simple questions about my car and they declined to even talk to me unless I was going to get work done by them. They were very disrespectful asking “am I a previous customer?” Before trying to answer any questions and once I said no, they continued to be disrespectful towards me. Do not recommend much nicer places in the area.

Went in today because all my lights tripped out and could not drive the car, asked them a simple favor to scan the car and let me know they refused and tried charging me over $180. Worst store every, were extremely rude and decided to cuss me out infront of other customers. Would give them a 0 star if I could. I am now stuck on the side of the road unable to go anywhere

I went to see Stewart, Dwayne and Kevin to have them inspect a used Subaru Crosstrek that I was interested in buying from a dealership. The Carfax indicated that there was a collision involved with the vehicle and I wanted to see how significant the damage was. The three of them did a thorough inspection of the vehicle bumper to bumper and they did not find any major problems with the vehicle. They were so keen with the inspection that they noticed that the car had been painted on the right side and noticed tape markings left behind from the paint job. They also took the vehicle for an extensive test drive and perform numerous checks with the vehicle that have known to have issues in the past and they were also able to distinguish parts that had been replaced or were existing from the dealership. With over 41 years of experience in the industry, Stewart, Dwayne and Kevin are very knowlegable, friendly, candid and straight forward and I would recommend any who owns or plan to own a Subaru to have them as your personal mechanic and do business with them.

Horrible customer service. Duane does not care about new customers. I went into the shop with some questions for mods, and Duane said yea yea dont worry just email me pictures, Il find it and let you know the cost. Never left a deposit. Two months later, yes two months, after countless phone calls and emails to Duane, I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Then all of a sudden Duane starts calling and emailing me saying he needs more pictures from the emails and that some of the parts he ordered in. All of a sudden I have to go pick up my parts and pay for something we never agreed on. The guy is out to lunch! Maybe if he actually returned phone calls or emails in a timely manner than he wouldn't lose so much business. Seeing other people have the same issues with the shop, i know im not alone. They lost a customer for life, because Duane is too lazy/doesnt care about new clientele. Alll Canjam cares about is there own racecar that they routinely take to the states. Do yourself a favor and take your Subaru to people who actually care, not these lazy thieves.
