“I can’t tell you how great spokes and sports is. Last minute, we had to bring my daughter’s bike for a tuneup to ensure it was safe. And in a matter of 30 minutes, they fix the handlebars fix the brakes and made sure it was safe for my daughter to ride after another store. Had it for two days and did nothing. They rushed because they didn’t want her to miss her lesson This is customer service and this is why I’m loyal to this store Thank you for everything you made a little girl very happy”

“Haven't been in for a little while, but I did a bit of bike maintenance on my ride recently on my own, and I forget just how good this place is. Don't trust your bike to just anyplace. Bring it here: you know it will be fixed right, no upsell, and with a dedicated expertise that is really, really uncommon. I can't tell you how many places have "fixed" my bike, only for me to have to redo the repair at home. This place is the place to go. Hands down. It's a gem.”

“Silent Sports is a phenomenal shop with staff who truly go the extra mile to take care of you! I've only been a patron of the bike-half of the shop, but the mechanics there, especially the head mechanic, are unbelievably kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. From fixing my DIY bike blunders, to pulling out vintage spare parts from their stash, to just helping me out with a disappeared nut and bolt, I can't count the amount of times these wonderful people have come to my rescue and got me back on two wheels in no time flat. Cannot recommend Silent Sports enough!”
