No floor runners were used in either location.Disassembled the bed frames; but, did not reassemble.Many cigarette butts were thrown on the ground, driveways, etc. in both locations.The crew leader was constantly on the phone and distracted leaving only 2 other crew members to do most of the moving.The crew leader was sleeping on the job in our house for approximately 45 minutes.Multiple items were damaged (dents, scratches) and a mirror was broken.A hand dolly/truck that wasn’t to be moved went missing. When questioned about was told it was taken “accidentally”. Was later returned 2 days.

I really liked experience with Best Moving Services. I contacted the company in the morning asking to move sofa from Toronto to Vaughan and same day my request was completed at affordable price. Very quick, smooth and well-done service. Thank you!

They have lots of hidden fees. They make u pay before they take your things out the truck... Stay away damaged my items and house. company did not respond after I send pics of the damages

Terrible service over charged with hidden fees refused to unload my items unless I paid their ridiculous rate that included tons of hidden fees. Walls were damaged during the move wouldn't recommend to anyone

These guys are AMAZING! I can’t stress enough how good they are, from the boss to the workers, they are all so nice and caring. They work very quickly and still care for your items ensuring everything is protected and unharmed. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

They were so nice and did an excellent job. I called last minute and I had to change the moving date but they were so accommodating. They arrived early and worked fast, plus they were careful with my stuff. This helped me stay calm in what otherwise would have been a stressful move. I would 100% recommend them and use them again with my next move
