I’m a regular at the store and I’m always impressed with the stuff that is sold in the store. They have very unique shoes, purses, and accessories. However, today I was extremely impressed by the service and the kindness and professionalism of Yulia she was very helpful very patient and very beautiful and I be definitely referring the store to all my friends and family in the future and I’m a regular here as I mentioned. I’ll be coming here many times more.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Same item can be found on Walmart/Amazon without a significant mark up. They sold me damaged shoes and the same brand new pair of shoes could be found on Amazon and Walmart. These guys sold it to me at $70, Walmart sold it for $28.99....a 140% markup for a damaged product.

Buyer beware. I do not leave many reviews, but when I receive poor service, I feel a need to warn others. We purchased some shoes the other day and brought them home and tried them on and found a defect, the buckle broke off. Have not been able to wear them yet. Brought back to store and was told final sale. I had every intention of keeping and wearing the shoes. Final sale should not include defective merchandise. Recommend anyone reading this to shop elsewhere.

Today was an awesome day! My daughter and I went to Bella Shoes to shop for her wedding shoes. Went to the store based on Google review. The employee Yulia was so helpful and attentive that we end up buying 4 pairs of shoes for other occasions! Highly recommended! And came from Mississauga!

Never buy from this store because you are wasting your money like me. All products are very bad and very expensive. The day I bought it, they said you can return it in 30 days, but they didn't take it back.
