I'm truly delighted to have found this store. The selection of clothes here is not only stylish but also of exceptional quality. Every piece feels thoughtfully curated and made with great attention to detail. On top of that Maryam is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always eager to help with a warm and friendly attitude. Shopping here is an absolute pleasure, and I appreciate how they make the entire experience enjoyable and personalized.

The customer service experience, particularly with the manager Maryam, was disappointing. There was a strong emphasis on pushing sales, but when it came to returning items, there was no option for store credit or a full refund. It would have been helpful if she had clearly communicated the return policy at the time of purchase.

Amazing customer service! The salesperson, Maryam, is incredibly knowledgeable and has a positive energy. She is super helpful in finding what you need and has a great taste for matching outfits. They also offer affordable in-house alterations. You can find formal and semi-formal clothing for both men and women, mostly from European (Turkish) brands.
