This body shop somehow misplaced ALL the contents of my car (Dashcam, wallet, adapter, chargers, documents, etc.) I have been calling for days and all they’ve said is that the manager will call me back, and he never did. Would not recommend.

If I had read all the reviews on this page I wouldn’t have been 1000 feet close to the body shop. It so painful I fall victim, this body shop is the worst in Ontario no lies, took my car to them because they were close to my location, they messed up my car, they kept the car for 6weeks for just minor front accident, they keep saying the parts that was sent to them was damaged that they have to return it about three different times. After fixing the car, my head lamps wasn’t working, alignment wasn’t fixed, the blinkers wasn’t working, sometimes they go on by themselves causing confusion to other traffic, light were out, they don’t pay attention to customers and they are so rude, they hang up calls on me numerous times, they charge my insurance over $5000 to fix a bumper and radiator and at the end they still didn’t do a proper job, the money they charge was even ok to buy the little car. It been one week plus now that I was told they will call me to bring back my car for proper fixing, up to this moment I didn’t get a call from them or made any plans to attend to the issues with my car that was not resolved. Heyyyyyyyyyyy I wouldn’t advise anyone to get involved with this people, they will ruin your day and mess you up. If I could score a negative number you guys will be getting minus 100 or even more, they are fraudulent they take money and they don’t do the job .

Customers be aware. They have a posted in the front promising 10/10 satisfaction on timely delivery, timely communications and quality of repairs. My experience was a the same as many others who has said here about the delays and absence of updates.They are a CAA approved shop and I went their as my insurer CAA recommended. The repair wasn't much - fix a dent on the fender, repaint and relace the 3M. Even for this they asked for 8 days, but eventually took 3 whole weeks!!! Only once they actually called me during this time and that too after I got the insurance adjuster to call them!!! Eventually I had to call almost every day.Quality of work seemed to be good. But after couple of days I realized the parking light on the side they removed isn't turning on anymore...I didn't bother go back to get it fixed knowing the level of service.

If I can give 0, I want to!!!!How bad my experience there!I couldn't believe the manager there told me, even though my car is on their site, they only responsible for the part they supposed to repair! Nothing else!!!!!I dropped my car, and they said 4 days to be done, then 3 weeks past, no one gets back to me, when I called to ask if I can pick up my car, they couldn't find my car at the beginning, then put me on hold over 5 minutes, told me will paint at night, and will take more time, I got my car back almost 4 weeks later.When I get my car, the place supposed to be repaired, done, it's totally outside of the car, however, my rear trunk was such a mess! I was shocked but thought it's fine, will clean it later, then I found my can screen panel has been set up to another page, AC was turning to 28 degree. At the same time, my car incense was missing one part. All those things I'm not happy, but I thought it's okay, I won't call back to complain, as I want to have an easy life also don't give others hard time. However!!!!! When I open my glove box on the passager side, I was freaking out!!!!! Full of mice/rat poo. All my insurance paper, car instructions were bit into small pieces, other materials which I think from the filter are small pieces as well everywhere. I can't wait they open next day to complaint.I was talking to the manager, if I am driving, and the mice/rat jumps out, which may cause life threaten accident; and how about mice bit my wires in my car already, those are all dangerous. At least they need to check all these to make sure they return me a safe car, and manager said: they're only responsible for the part they repaired, nothing else. I said my car is on your site, if you gave me back the car is not functioning, it's not your responsibility??? He said: no, it's not, in that case, I need to report to my insurance to claim. I asked him why it's not they claim to their insurance ??? because my car is on their site, he said that's not their insurance cover part! This drove me insane!!!!Then I found so many bad reviews list here to say even they took some parts from the cars. I couldn't imagine what they have done for my car during these 4 weeks.I'm keeping on finding if I can complain to some government department about this case cause andreport to media. it's not okay to treat customers and says they don't have any responsibilities.it's toooooo bad, and I will consult lawyers to protect my rights!!!

The work was done well but the customer service at this place is just terrible.I brought my car in on Dec. 11th for a relatively small job which should have been completed by Dec. 22nd. On the 20th they called me to say that it wouldn't be ready on time and when I asked when I could pick it up they told me someone would call me back with a date. The 20th and 21st went by and I received no call. On the 22nd I called and was told again I would receive a call back which never happened. In the afternoon of the 22nd I went in person to try to get some answers as they weren't calling back.I was told the car would be ready on the 27th and because I wasn't going to be around we arranged for the car to be dropped off at my home on Jan 2nd but was promised I would get a call on the 27th to confirm this. Again, nobody called me and when I called them on the 29th they told me the car wasn't ready and it would be ready in the first week of the year.I had returned my rental as I had been away and so I just asked to get a firm date so I could get a new rental to go to work, again I was told I would get a call on the 2nd but I had to call myself to get an update.It would have been so much easier if from the start I would have gotten a straight answer so I could plan accordingly and if you say you are going to call back, please call back! It shouldn't take me going to your office in person to be able to get an answer.Their website states "Quality Repairs with a Lifetime Guarantee, Timely Communication Updates, Timely Service and Delivery of your Vehicle. It’s our "10" Promise to you!" - I guess they need to practice what they preach in terms of timeliness.

If you are doing an insurance claim on a newer vehicle and you have the option between your local dealership and here, take it to your dealership. The dealership will fix it to OEM spec and chances are if it's a dealership you do maintenance at they will treat you much better and take responsibility for problems post-repair. The body shop doesn't take responsibility for post-repair issues when it comes to electrical, stating that they are a body shop and don't work on electricals even though they installed the piece, I took it to Richmond Hill Toyota their affiliated dealer and they say they won't touch it unless they get paid cause they did not install the piece (radio unit). The dealership will also have priority on OEM parts, this radio unit took 7 months to arrive at Assured while 3 weeks from my local dealership (Maple Toyota). On top of all this, the radio unit wasn't even the issue it was something else that was overlooked in the diagnosis done by Assured outsourced inspection.

!!!!!!!!!!!Attention customers!!!! Do Not choose this place if insurance refers you! They have scammed me!Insurance company and the team of this shop have teamed up to ruin my vehicle Repair.Adjuster pushed me to move my vehicle from one shop to bring it here. After a battle of 1 week I agreed to save time.They fixed my car with used/ Salvage parts when I asked why is this happening shop said we go as per insurance assignment.2 months later few parts were falling apart.Went back to the shop again just for them to deny a responsibility again. Front right wheel was hit resulted drive excel to be pushed in to harm my transmission.Transmission cost me $8000 to fix on my own. Shop said not related to accident even though it shows that it’s physically cracked.Why would you do this to me after a great trust I offered you guys.These people will work for insurance interest not for the Custoemr.Do not choose insurance shop never ever. Always go to your own dealer or shop that works for you and protect your interests.Karma will be there for you and Aviva insurance.

This is the 2nd time I have had my car repaired at Assured. This time, it took 2hr before I was seen. Even though my insurance company had already sent in the particulars. It took a month for the door and front side to be repaired. Evert time i valled in for a progress report there was no answer. The ho e just rang.Repairs are excellent. Just the the wait times and no service to phone calls need improvement.

I was involved in a very frustrating t-bone accident and my car ended up at Assured Auto for repair. Unfortunately, some of the parts we're not being produced due to material shortages. After months of waiting, Aneil Mohammed was able to find an alternative solution and was quick to act upon it. I finally received my car back, thanks to his hard work. Aneil was always honest, polite, and efficient throughout, always keeping in touch with me. The car looks like new, and is running smoothly, thanks to Aneil and his team of skilled workers. My car's catalytic converter was stolen and I brought the vehicle here.Right away they washed the card and helped assess the damage. I even received photos of the damage.Everything was explained clearly. I was able to weigh my options and decide on an option that best suited me.Thank you Phil and the team for a positive customer service experience.

Very poor services . Completely unacceptable. They removed my original / OEM parts and installed used and aftermarket parts with serious issues. Cracks and broken parts . Also my parts were not damaged and they just removed them without notifying me. Completely unprofessional and still have 13 remain issues for alignment, paint issues,missing parts.I will never recommend this location to any one. ?After follow up with the manager and customer services they again refused to replace poor quality parts installed on my car. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.This location installed used parts with issues on my car . When I spoke with the manager he said we don’t have warranty for part issues and warranty is for bad workmanship only . They installed used part with poor quality and did not agree to replace it.

Someone hit my car in April so I filed an insurance claim. My insurer referred me to Assured stating that it was one of its preferred vendor partner. I made an appointment to assess the damages. Assured keep me informed throughout the whole process and the work was immaculate. My car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Also, having the rental car company next-door was a huge bonus. I brought my Jetta in for a small bumper job for a minor accident I had almost two years ago. The repairs took about a week, but they had arranged a rental vehicle with the neighbouring enterprise. Timing and scheduling are very important for me, and these guys got the job done at the exact time they said they would finish the job. Ali arranged the whole thing, and did an amazing job! My car was returned repaired with great attention to detail. They went above and beyond by patching up a few extra spots, and they even cleaned the inside of my vehicle too. This is a good body shop for those people looking for one with dependable service.
