Went in to get my tire fixed due to a slow air leak. Rob Hamilton, the store Manager looked after me and he treated me well. Gave me two options, plug it on the inside which is what their shop did but more expensive for $65 or patch it from outside that is cheaper but they don't do for $15. I decided to do business with him because he was sincerely helpful and was up front with me.While I waited, he chatted with me and it was nice because he didn't try to sell me anything. A customer came in while I waited and one of her tires was flat. He gave her free air and didn't charge her for looking at it. Excellent customer service. Will definitely consider doing business with them again if my car needs service.

My car's tire was nailed, so I visited here 10 minutes before it closed, and he were kind enough to fix it right away. Rob Hamilton is so kind and perfect. Thank you.

Rob Hamilton store manager helped me out and I got lots of work done. Great service!UpdateGot more service done and when i found an error with my bill Rob quickly fixed the issue for me and when i had questions he answered all of them with great transparency. Even when i wanted to confirm the price AGAIN he took me through it and showed me all the paperwork. He even stayed behind after hours to help me through it. I left feeling comfortable with what i paid and assured that the manager Rob is a very honest man. I HIGHLY recommend this mechanic!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Thornhill Active Green + Ross, all thanks to Rob, the manager. He didn't just go through the motions; he took the time to ensure I fully understood what was being done to my car, even repeating explanations when needed.What truly impressed me about Rob was his honesty and transparency. Unlike my past experiences with other car service providers, Rob wasn't focused on upselling unnecessary services. Instead, he provided me with options and visually showed me what was needed, effectively communicating through emails and texts and even sharing pictures. It was evident that he genuinely cared about helping me make informed decisions, rather than just trying to make a sale.One particular highlight of my visit was the surprisingly low price for the winter tire change. Edit: as of my second experience today with Rob and His Team, I thank them for such a quick turn around on such short notice. I wish I could thank and appreciate them better. Also Google doesn't allow 10 star nor second reviews, hence my edit. Shoutout to the Team and Rob and I hope to see you guys soon.Great service and tidy job for an extensive suspension and heavy parts change. Rob and his guys did a great job even with some difficulties because of the age of my car but they got the job done the same day. Again big shoutout to Rob for keeping me in loop through out. Not to mention, I have never been to their garage before. They surely are well versed and extremely efficient in their fields. Cheers!

I got my brakes roaders and other items done on my car. Rob was honest about what needed to be done and why. He helped me with the payment plan app and made sure I was comfortable with it.When it came to the price of some additional parts Rob and his colleagues went above and beyond to get it done within my budgetEvery step of the way Rob called me to inform me the progress or something he noticed on the car.Thanks

excellent service. rates charged are reasonable. would have paid a lot more had I taken the car to Lexus. all work done well explained. would recommend them when you are considering a car service.
