I have tried several times giving them the business since I too live in Thornbury. The staff is rude, never helpful and saying smart remarks.Three of them sitting around in the centre of the floor and I had to wait until they finished talking and sending me on a wild goose chase to isle 19 to look for my product which I could not find.Where as the other home hardware in the outskirts of Meaford is so much helpful at all times.

I went in looking for a Yeti cup and the color and style I was wanting was out of stock. I asked when they may be placing another order. The answer I got was "when I do one..."Than rudely asked why? I said the color I was looking for wasent on the shelf, she says well those are the standard colors! This I understand as I have already looked on thr site. I was planning on giving you the business .....I asked a simple question and given a very rude response. I'm a local and won't be back!!

I have been shopping there for years, and usually they have almost everything I need. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful..normally. Although, I had an encounter with an extremely rude employee.. I believe her name was Barb. She treated me with the utmost disrespect. She was condescending and confrontational. She raised her voice to me and treated me as though I knew nothing and that she was above me just for asking a simple question...I will never return there again.
