This course, if well maintained, is attractive. But its current condition - with many sand traps in unkempt and unplayable condition - is not. The club should be transparent with the public about significant deficiencies that will take time to fix. They have chosen to keep the public in the dark in order to charge full price for inferior conditions. This is an ethical failure. Should not be a proud moment for the leaders of this club.

Just played 9 holes. I agree with comments about the state of the bunkers, weeds, grown over, no sand, all unplayable. The cost was $100 a person. Way too much! Wouldn't play there again or recommend the course to anyone.

Expensive, and the course is in terrible shape.
Typical resort course - if I was a member I would be asking for money back.
Transition areas torn up, the bunkers are atrocious - hard pan and overgrown with weeds and grass … stones (large and small) in the bunkers as well!
Stay away - management is terrible and full of excuses.
Would give 0 starts if I could

The golf course is really nice and a great club house. Would I come here again? No. The pace of play is a joke. No Marshalls at all. Should not be an almost 5 hour round on a Thursday. These golf courses can’t charge premium prices and have no one ensuring a reasonable pace of play. Very disappointing.

The golf course is still a jewel but some of the bunkers are in bad shape. When we played in July, there was no beverage service on the golf course. We were not the only people complaining about it.
The restaurant was empty when we had appetizers there. One server was very attentive but her manager was just obnoxious making the restaurant her personal office. No music and no ambiance as well.
The starter at the golf course reprimanded us for using a small section of the road with the golf cart since we missed the entrance to the first tee. Better signage would solve that problem.
This golf course is not cheap and the service overall was substandard.
Sorry folks but you need to do better for the money guests pay.

This course is breathtaking. Portions of the course really impressed our group of 12. I think with time and a return visit I would be willing to amend my review.
Reasons for a 1 star.
The bunkers are basically all under repair. Bunkers are being removed and added throughout the course. The golf cart software did not show these updated renovations to the course. Some bunkers have been left to be overgrown... no sand in them. As a golfer who likes to play shots as they lie I was extremely frustrated as at least 50% of the holes had some sort of bunker renovation going on. They seem to be focusing efforts on selling land/homes/condos apposed to these renovations.
Cashless. Another business that doesn't take legal currency. I will play this course again but I will spend little to no money on drinks, merchandise or food because of this policy.
Refunds. We had two guys who couldn't make the trip. One with a 5 week premature baby, the other with a wife who went to the hospital with a form of bone cancer. The resolution is a coupon with little to no remorse from the staff.
Once again - Amazing layout and views. Worth playing but at the moment not worth playing through bunker renovations and construction.

Great club

Lots of work going on in this course, most of the bunkers were gravel pits… greens were slow and full of sand, lack of irrigation…over priced for the round.

With a course under renovation, I didn’t feel a green fee of $180 was justified. Many bunkers unattended, weeds and no sand. Many bunkers being repaired, some of the bunkers have been removed and sodded over, which hasn’t taken yet!
At least let me know of the work being done and I can make a better decision on whether I want to spend that much on the course.
Great layout, challenging, beautiful views. Tees and greens in great condition.
Lunch!! $57 for 2 sandwiches, 1 wrap and 2 bottles of water!! Come on!
It will be a long time before I return

This place is amazing! I brought my family here for a special Mother's Day brunch and I'm so happy with my choice! We were greeted by a lovely hostess who presented us with Mother's Day proseccos! We scored a fab table inside a sun filled dinning room with amazing views of the Bay:) The buffet brunch was spectacular with a wide variety of delicious options. My elderly parents who are super picky, particularily loved choosing their own omlette ingredients and also visiting the roast beef carving station 3 times! Service was warm, friendly, personable and prompt from start to finish. Positive vibes alI around from staff as well as the other patrons who seemed to have a personable rapport with the lovely team of smiley servers. I have heard amazing things about LB's lunch menu so I plan to return back and enjoy a meal on their covered patio overlooking the beautiful Georgian Bay this summer! This is for sure, the hidden gem of Blue Mountains!!

Fun course, greens a bit slow but true, some traps need attention. Staff was great.

The sand traps were not raked. Very little maintenance on the coarse. Extremely disappointing. Pro shop didn’t care what I was saying. I was polite to them didn’t matter. Will not return, Will play anywhere else

For a birthday reception next to the dining room, service, food, and view were excellent.

It was our first time playing golf in the area, and the course did not disappoint. The course was in fantastic shape.

Very disappointing day on the links. Starts with having you sign a liability waiver (they sell your email addresses), charged a full round of golf for a disabled rider (said it was a liability / insurance issue), staff could care less about serving you (actually downright rude), course has change ownership and the new owners are selling the property around the course (building high density housing) and not investing in the course itself. Too bad, according to our host, was a nice place to play for a reasonable rate. None of us will be back.
