A women today called our company in regards to an estate account and was horribly rude. The partner in charge of the file was currently busy with other clients and couldn't take a phone call. Never would I expect another person in customer service to speak to me this way. She was rude, she called repetitively and was very belittling. I have banked with TD for my whole life and this is the worst representative I have ever come across. In a business like the one we are in people can't give out the wrong answer, they become legally liable. I would assume someone who worked at a bank to understand that. Poor poor customer service.

Simply the best banking experience ever. The staff are always friendly and make you feel like you are their best friend. Wouldn't bank anywhere else. Gold stars all around.
