I am writing to express my concern about issues related to racism at the LCBO. Incidents or behaviors that reflect racial bias are deeply troubling and contrary to the values of respect and inclusion that should be upheld in any organization, especially one with such a broad public presence.
It is essential that the LCBO takes a strong stance against racism, ensuring that all employees and customers are treated with dignity and fairness. I urge you to take immediate steps to address any such issues, including thorough investigations of complaints and the implementation of training programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
8pm today on a Saturday the lady was so rude! Actions should be taken against those ppl!!

Bad customer service. They are not in date with what ID is valid in Ontario. They denied a piece ID that was issued by the federal government of Canada

If I could give this place a minus zero stars, I would. If you're up for an adventure in customer service and racial discrimination, this LCBO is the place to be. There's a grey haired old lady who belongs in the geriatric ward, who offers a unique booze shopping experience. It's like a game of 'spot the unicorn' for non-white people, where the prize is... well, not getting judged by your skin tone.Cherry on top, she cowardly lets her co-workers take the heat for her blantently racist behavior.Judging from other reviews on here, seems like this is a regular occurace at this location.

The white lady at the counter so rude. She was friendly with other white customers and when I reached her counter and she was so curt not replied to my “ hello “. Clearly she doesn’t like any one else other than white !!

Nice lcbo, but the temperature of the fridge is absolutely embarrassing. If I'm buying cold drinks from the fridge in a liquor store, I expect them to be cold! The fridge is lukewarm at best. The produce department at foodland is colder than their fridge. However, Brenda is really nice, and she always takes good care of us.

I will never be back I’ll go to craiglieth instead old girl with white hair has refused to serve me twice now the last time I was on way home from work and I guess a guy who was in there 15 minutes earlier had the same order but got rufused so she assumed I was buying it for him a 24 of bud light and a six of miller isn’t out of the ordinary get it together
