Tried to bring an air rifle back because its inaccurate tried 6 different pellets and 2 scopes instead of just taking it ( I only had it for 23 days, so much for the 90 day return) they said I need an RA number and that means I need to ship it to the company that supplies them at my cost only so that canadiantire can get there money back for it that way they can't loose even a penny. im pretty disappointed as I used too shop there all the time for hunting and fishing gear but now I will have too rely on online websites only. Anyway if 0 stars could be given I would just for the poor coustomer service including nick b who was no help and must think that the money is coming out of his pockets and the next manager just repeats what he said. I am definitely not purchasing from them again.

I would like to recognize one of your employees. His name is Daniel Gauvin and he helped me many times to find what I was looking for. When I am in the store and don’t find the article I need, I look for him as I know that he will stop whatever he is doing and help me. Very friendly and on top of that he is bilingual. This store sells defective products and refuses to honour the return policy or their policies regarding defective merchandise. Their return policy is 90 days, I attended in less than 30 and the customer service desk employee commented on how long we took to come into the store with the product? That defective merchandise policy states that the damaged item is subject to manufacturers warranty (mine states 2 years) and will be repaired or replaced. They did nothing of the sorts and I’m stuck with a $270+ useless battery.

Why is it anyone who works at this location and has some common sense gets let go but people who wander around can't answer a question if their life depends on it are kept. Your garage employeesare out smoking more than they ever are working I will never buy anything from the New Liskeard location your management needs to take a look around at what is going on in your store.
