Stopped in for the first time today looking for a carseat or two. Staff was very friendly and I was happy to learn that I could try the carseat in my car. However only the owner would be able to help me with that, and she seemed very busy. We waited as long as we could (about 20 minutes), but unfortunately had to leave without trying the carseat. I was super bummed, just hadn't anticipated that long a wait. Might try again next weekend

Jeanine is super friendly and knowledgeable in all things baby. She always prioritizes making sure her customers are taken care of. The store is also super clean and beautiful!

Typically, I love coming to Three lambs with my son but this situation has definitely made me hesitant on ordering anything from them again. I had placed an order for an UPPAbaby V2 bassinet as they were clearing them out due to the V3 being released soon. I had chosen the Greyson colour and this was 19 July. After the transaction, I was told it would be about 4-6 weeks for it to come in. I thought, “perfect, it’ll be here around my induction date and we’ll have it for the wedding that I’m standing in so my daughter can lay out instead of being crammed in a car seat for naps”. My daughter ended up being earlier than expected but at the 7 week mark, I had went into the store and inquired about my order. Staff didn’t have much information and to wait for owner to return from vacation the following week. The next week, I popped in as I wanted to check out a couple products and had asked owner about my order. Turns out the colour I had chosen was sold out and would not be replaced as it was the previous model. No phone call in the 8 weeks letting me know it was sold out and I needed to choose a different colour. So a different colour was chosen and I was told it should be here the next week. This was two weeks before the wedding we were attending. It is now a week after the wedding and we have still yet to receive a phone call regarding our order and it’s going on 11 weeks since original order date and will likely be too cold outside to use by the time it comes in.
Another occurrence was I had went in looking for the Frida mom padsicles. They were sold out but putting in an order that day for more Frida mom products and asked me if I wanted to put my name on a package for when they do come in. My name and phone number was taken. This was around the beginning of August. As I said above, my daughter was early so never really needed them. It’s now October and have yet to even receive a phone call saying they came in.

Jeanine and her team are excellent! They always try to go above and beyond with their service. We recently purchased a crib and one of the parts was defective, Jeanine took the time to submit the claim for us rather then sending us to the site to do it ourselves. They are a small business so they need time and patience when ordering products but they are a business we should stand behind and support as their care and passion shows through!

I do not recommend this store. Ordered 2 items on an online registry in July, both were out of stock. Was notified the items would take 4-6 weeks to restock. Notified for pickup on one of my items but not the other. Inquired about item after 6 week mark and was told it has not arrived. Tried again 2 weeks later, same result. Contacted the store again and the employee on the phone advised that she is unable to give a status on the order and to contact the owner directly, offering her personal number. I called the owner with no answer which directed me to her voicemail(which states that it is not monitored and to refer to texting). Texted owner the issue and my personal information with order identification. Once again radio silence. Called owner one last time and was ignored once again. Cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere for a cheaper price. I will be passing along my experience to friends and family who are soon to be parents.

I have been a customer of Three Lambs Registry and Baby Boutique for several years now. While my kids are now older, I have purchased gifts and gift cards for a few mothers-to-be in my life and have always found everyone there to be so kind and knowledgeable! Jeanine has created a lovely atmosphere in the store, and offers only the very best baby products out there!

The customer service is awesome! The best online. We looked for a Snoopy plush and Three Lambs has the most beautiful one. First time I shop at Three Lambs, but not the last. I'll recommend it around as well.

Three Lambs has been our go-to spot for our daughter for over a year now. Jeanine and her team are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - from creating our registry to helping us with anything we need now. Recently, Mandy went above and beyond to help us find a solution for our diaper bag. We really appreciate all the effort she made!

I was hesitant to shop here, worried that it being a boutique would mean it would be (and feel) completely out of my league, but I've loved every experience I've had. Staff were kind, helpful and accommodating, and I've loved everything I've found for my little guy.

Can't say enough good things about Three Lambs, I wish I'd known about them when I registered for my first baby, and I recommend to any friends/family that are pregnant to just do yourself a favour and go here! The best part about this store, aside from it being female owned and local, is the helpful staff. Great guidance and support for not just baby needs, but toddlers and young children too!
