I am a 48 year old wife and mother of 4 adult children. I work a full time job 6 days a week. I enjoy working out, running, riding my bike, playing softball & walking my 2 puppies daily! My schedule is jam packed everyday. I joined Iron Core Kettlebell Club in April for a 6 week program I saw on Facebook. I was hooked within the first week. The classes are 30 mins, 3 - 4 times a week. I joined because I felt I was stuck I wasn’t loosing weight or feeling like I was getting the best out of my gym workouts.
Rob and his assistants Ashley & Jazmin are amazing! They work with you, know your name & your strengths or weaknesses and make sure you’re doing everything the right way. You definitely get the best out of every single class! The classes are no more than 12 people and are offered 4 times a week with several different class times to attend morning & night. This makes it so nice to fit into a busy schedule. After the 6 week program I joined full time. The results are unbelievable. Within the 3 months I have been there I have lost 13 lbs and gained so much strength and definition. My confidence, attitude and energy is so much better! Iron Core Kettlebell is ? ? the best workout hands down.

IronCore Kettlebell is a gym that checks all the boxes! Rob and the trainers are highly knowledgeable in the health and wellness industry that I feel like I’m getting more than a workout! The classes are small so they are able to keep an eye on everyone to make sure you’re doing each move correctly but also keeping you motivated to push yourself until the end! And the 30 minute classes are perfect for my busy lifestyle with a variety of time slots!

Rob and his team at IronCore provide small group training that’s motivating, effective and efficient. The 30 minute classes are progressive and challenging. I like the personal attention the small group training provides - reinforcing proper form and also pushing me to challenge myself. The environment is very welcoming and easy going and the class schedule is great for busy schedules. In just a few weeks my energy levels have increased, I feel stronger and I’m motivated to continue. Come check it out!

Ironcore kettlebell club is absolutely amazing! The 35 minute classes are super convenient for the average busy person and the smaller class sizes allow for the coaches to work closely with you to ensure proper form and technique. Rob motivates me to push myself to the next level (which is something I have struggled with) while ensuring safety every step of the way.

I have attended many gyms over the years and I considered myself to be reasonably fit until I met Rob at the IronCore Kettlebell Club.Last year a friend encouraged me to join for a one week free trial to see if I would enjoy a Kettlebell workout. The moment I walked in and saw the many posters of “Before and After” pictures with testimonials- I knew that I found a gym that truly believes in helping members achieve substantial results. After the first week, I knew that I needed to continue because I have never worked out at such a high intensity in the shortest amount of time.At first I was concerned about my ability to perform a kettlebell workout, but the IronCore team has always taken their time to guide and ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid injury and to maximize the effectiveness of the workout. There are always modifications I can perform that do not aggravate my pre-existing back issues.I have been a member of this Gym for close to a year, during which this time, my body has become stronger and better toned. I would highly recommend IronCore Kettlebell Club to any individual who desires to improve their physical strength and achieve weight loss. I had reservations about swinging kettle bells but I did the trial and I have enjoyed it for over a year now I go 5x a week, some people do 2 days some do 3, and the workout you gain in 30 minutes is, in my opinion, awesome. The people in the classes are fantastic, never felt out of place, there are accommodations made if required and there is always a watchful eye to ensure the moves are done properly to maximize results and avoid serious injury. Come on out and do a trial... caution though, you may get hooked!!!

Approaching my 50th birthday I realized I had reached the highest weight of my life and I was no longer happy with my appearance. One day I ran into my cousin and I saw her amazing transformation, she looked fantastic! I asked her what her secret was and she said IronCore Kettlebell Club, so I decided I was going to give it a try in hopes of a healthy and sustainable weight loss. I attended my first kettlebell class alongside my cousin (with a free trial week) and in all honesty, the first class was a challenge. It took a few classes to grasp the proper technique and adjust to 30 minutes of a high-intensity kettlebell workout. Though this is what I came to love about it, only 30 minutes a day to better myself. It's been nine months since that first kettlebell class, and I still love each session. I attend four sessions per week and the results have been remarkable. I have lost 26 pounds and find myself in the best physical and mental shape of my entire life.Of course, I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to my trainers, Rob and Jenn, whose knowledge and expertise have played a remarkable role in my transformation. They have not only guided me on proper nutrition and training techniques but have also instilled in me the belief that pushing myself to my limits will ultimately bring the greatest rewards. If you're searching for an answer to weight loss or just becoming fit, I wholeheartedly recommend giving IronCore Kettlebell workouts a try.

My friend asked me to start working out with her at IronCore Kettlebell Club last year. The idea of lifting weights would not have been my first choice, but I decided I would give it a try. To my surprise, it wasn’t just about lifting weights. It was a quick, all encompassing workout that left me feeling stronger and more confident each and every day I went. I am not much of a morning person and always struggled to find something I truly enjoyed. With IronCore, I can honestly say I look forward to my mornings at the gym! The online sign in and flexible class times make it so simple to register for each class, and the small group training is comforting and encouraging! I absolutely recommend this gym to those looking for a workout plan with positive results - both physically and mentally! :)

IronCore Kettlebell Club has been nothing but an amazing experience. It started as a quick goal to get in shape for my wedding and has evolved into my weekly routine to take some time for myself. The flexible class schedules and incredible instructors make it shine above the rest! I went in with no experience and felt welcomed and encouraged right from the start.

Best workouts! The instructors know what they are doing!! I have been going for a year, and even though I sustained a knee injury outside of class and had to take some time off, I have still made good progress. Since I returned, they have helped to modify moves for me in order to keep me moving forward. From helping me out as a beginner, to making sure I am progressing and modifying for me when needed. They're always paying attention. Everybody can benefit from these workouts!

For my whole life my weight was always up and down (mostly up)I would try fad diets, or sign up at the new gym offering the cheapest price. It always ended the same... no results.I had a friend tell me about Ironcore and invited me for a trial week.It's over 4 years later and I haven't looked back.I lost 50lbs and kept it off.I work full time as a nurse and it's so easy to fit these workouts into my busy schedule. The small group workouts make me feel like I have my own personal trainer.This is a no BS gym!No fads or gimmicks. Work out, get strong, eat right and feel healthy.It's my new way of life and I'm so grateful I found this place!

When it comes to IronCore it’s like no other gym out there; it has an atmosphere that no other gym does. Being able to workout in small groups makes it easier for the trainers to really watch you and your form during the workouts. The workouts are only 30 minutes long, and trust me, that’s all you need to get a full body workout and continue to burn calories all day long without being at a gym for hours on end. Rob and Jen are by far the hardest working people I know when it comes to working out and being able to teach everyone no matter what your level of strength or gym experience. They’ve also been great with offering advice on eating, motivation and changing habits in a realistic way. They’re always available for support in and out of the gym. Once I found IronCore from my girlfriend, her mom and her sister, I did a trial, signed up immediately and have been going for over 2 years. It has changed my life and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Come check it out and you won’t regret it!

A friend of mine has been bugging me to try this gym out for over a year now. As a 47 year old mom of four (with the youngest being 3 year old twins) I’ve never really worked out in my life. I’m crazy busy and have always made excuses as to why I couldn’t commit (the main reason truthfully was I was petrified people would make fun of me). I have no clue “how” to work out and really didn’t even know what kettlebell was. Well, about 3 weeks ago I finally decided it’s time to stop making excuses! I went to my first class and when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming EVERYONE was!!! I never once felt like people were judging or laughing at me because I had no clue what I was doing (which was one of my biggest fears). Rob & Jenn have been AMAZING with helping me throughout the workouts to make sure I’m doing the moves correctly!! If you’re looking for a place where there’s ZERO judgment….this is where you should be! I highly recommend it and also love that the workouts are quick so I can fit them in to my crazy life! No more excuses!!! Thanks Ironcore for making me feel at home!

Rob and Jen are great and very knowledgeable in strength training. They lead you into it slowly making sure you are proforming the moves properly before encouraging you to move up in weight. The other gym members are so welcoming and friendly. It isnt awkward at i feel very comfortable asking questions and encouraged by the competitions at times to improve and become my true healthy self. I love it at ironcore! Eat, sleep, and swing alll the way!
