Been coming here since I was a kid, now I bring my own kids. It is so beautiful to be able to have a little piece of Madeira, close by to enjoy the culture and food!

Spectacular, it is my first time here and I am sure I will return in subsequent years. It is a religious festival of the Virgin of Madeira of Portugal. At first I felt out of place but, as time went by, the atmosphere became spectacular!!

What a beautiful park! I love the many treed areas where you can camp or picnic. There are plumbed washrooms and many out buildings for vendors and a bandshell with covered seating. The food was Amaaazing. The people who run the park are very friendly and efficient. There is a lot of space for parking, and trailers and tents. There are well-maintained roadways within the park. 5 ?

It's like being in Madeira without the Mountains. Espetada, Bolo de Caco, Poncho, Bolo del Mel, and Rancho. Came for the Festa do Monte. Great experience with a crowd of harmonious people enjoying portuguese/Madeiran culture in Sutton, Ontario. I will be back.

I used to visit Madeira Park every weekend every summer as a child. The food was spectacular- traditional Portuguese bifanas (pork cutlets in a Portuguese bun), espetadas, malassadas and so much more. There is a HUGE soccer field that seems to be a bit more hidden than a lot of people know.Lots of play area for the children to explore. Fun hidden metal slide too!The procession that happens yearly for a saint is also beautiful and the tradition continues.Madeira Park will continue to be a staple in my families traditions. Thank you for always allowing people to make and continue their memories.Playground: Slides and HUGE soccer field.Restrooms: Public washrooms. Gender specific.Picnic area: Large outdoor picnic areas. Some areas have tables and some don’t.
